我国船舶产业竞争力形成机理研究

【摘要】:我国船舶产业是少数具有国际竞争力的产业之一,造船规模虽然位居世界第一,但仍称不上造船强国。目前,有关船舶产业竞争力的研究主要集中在竞争力的来源和评价两方面,如运用若干项指标寻找船舶产业竞争力的来源、建立竞争力评价指标体系并提出相应的评价方法,此外有少数学者对船舶产业竞争力做过仿真研究。然而对船舶产业竞争力形成机理的相关研究却尚属鲜见,能清晰的探索竞争力形成机理,以提高船舶产业竞争力,这将对我国实现造船强国具有极其重要的战略意义。 本文主要通过对我国船舶产业竞争力研究现状分析,一方面,借鉴产业竞争力的因果分析范式,探究我国船舶产业竞争力形成机理的影响因素指标和度量因素,并且建立了我国船舶产业竞争力形成机理的分析框架;进而构建了我国船舶产业竞争力形成机理的指标体系;并且据此建立了我国船舶产业竞争力形成机理的PLS的结构方程模型,并进行了实证分析,结果验证了我国船舶产业竞争力形成机理结构模型的合理性及可行性。研究结果得出我国船舶产业规模是竞争力的集中体现,技术能力、产业环境、船用配套与基础设施这四个因素影响产业规模进而对我国船舶产业的竞争力产生影响。 另一方面,根据有关动态竞争力的理论研究,结合我国船舶产业发展的历程,并参考第五章相关的研究结论,建立我国船舶产业竞争力发展的四层次理论模型,并且分析了每一个竞争力层次的特征,,以及竞争力层次发展的主导驱动因素及其内在的联系。最后根据元胞自动机原理把理论模型转化为数学模型,并对其进行了模拟仿真,通过调整模型中的参数,模拟我国船舶产业竞争力动态发展的机理。最后,通过我国船舶产业竞争力形成机理的结构模型以及动态模型研究结果的分析,有针对性的提出提升我国船舶产业竞争力的相关策略。
[Abstract]:China's shipbuilding industry is one of the few industries with international competitiveness. Although shipbuilding scale ranks first in the world, it is still not a strong shipbuilding country.At present, the research on the competitiveness of the ship industry is mainly focused on the source and evaluation of the competitiveness, such as the use of a number of indicators to find the source of the competitiveness of the ship industry, the establishment of the competitiveness evaluation index system and the corresponding evaluation methods.In addition, a few scholars have done a simulation study on the competitiveness of the ship industry.However, the relevant research on the formation mechanism of ship industry competitiveness is still rare, which can clearly explore the formation mechanism of competitiveness in order to improve the competitiveness of ship industry, which will have extremely important strategic significance for our country to realize the shipbuilding power.Based on the analysis of the present situation of the research on the competitiveness of China's shipbuilding industry, this paper, on the one hand, draws on the paradigm of causality analysis of industrial competitiveness, and probes into the influencing factors and measurement factors of the formation mechanism of the competitiveness of China's shipbuilding industry.It also establishes the analytical framework of the formation mechanism of the competitiveness of China's shipbuilding industry, and then constructs the index system of the formation mechanism of the competitiveness of the shipbuilding industry of our country.Based on this, the structural equation model of the formation mechanism of ship industry competitiveness in China PLS is established, and the empirical analysis is carried out. The result verifies the rationality and feasibility of the structural model of the formation mechanism of ship industry competitiveness in China.The research results show that the scale of China's shipbuilding industry is the concentrated embodiment of the competitiveness, the technological capability, the industrial environment, the ship matching and the infrastructure which affect the scale of the industry and then the competitiveness of the shipbuilding industry in China.On the other hand, according to the theoretical research on dynamic competitiveness, combined with the course of the development of China's shipbuilding industry, and referring to the relevant conclusions in Chapter 5, a four-level theoretical model for the development of the competitiveness of China's shipbuilding industry is established.It also analyzes the characteristics of each level of competitiveness, as well as the leading driving factors of the development of competitiveness level and their internal relations.Finally, according to the cellular automata principle, the theoretical model is transformed into a mathematical model and simulated. By adjusting the parameters of the model, the dynamic development mechanism of the competitiveness of China's shipbuilding industry is simulated.Finally, through the analysis of the structural model and the dynamic model of the formation mechanism of the ship industry competitiveness in China, the relevant strategies to enhance the competitiveness of the ship industry in China are put forward.
