VLCC受风作用下四自由度操纵性研究

【摘要】:随着国际石油需求量的不断增加,原油运输已经成为世界贸易中的重要组成板块。作为原油运输主力船型的超大型油船VLCC(Very Large Crude Oil Carrier),由于方形系数和惯性矩大,其操纵性异于一般船舶,受风影响下的偏转异常。一旦其发生事故造成原油泄漏,将会对海洋环境造成巨大的破坏。因此,对于VLCC操纵性的理论研究,已经成为保障海上交通安全的一个重要组成部分。本文通过参考国内外文献,在他人的研究基础之上,采用MMG (Maneuvering Model Group)思想建立了包括横摇在内的较为完整和全面的四自由度超大型油船操纵运动数学模型,并利用MATLAB对其受风和流等外界干扰影响的操纵性进行仿真,通过深水和浅水旋回仿真实验与实船旋回实验的对比,验证了本模型的精度在仿真要求误差范围之内。在所建立的模型基础上,对不同载态下的VLCC在不同风向、不同风速和不同船速等工况进行了保向仿真研究;对其受到不同风速和不同流速影响下的旋回性等进行了仿真研究,并计算出船舶在不同船速、不同风速和不同流速等情况下的风流压差角。对仿真结果研究表明,VLCC在满载平吃水时,前进中受到任何方向上的来风,船首均会向上风偏转;VLCC在压载时,正横前受强风且船速较低时,船首将会向下风偏转,正横后受风或者船速较高时,船首将会向上风偏转。本论文的研究能够让船舶驾驶人员更好的认识VLCC的操纵特性,为实际操船提供相应的指导。
[Abstract]:With the increasing international oil demand, crude oil transportation has become an important part of world trade.Because of the large square coefficient and moment of inertia, the VLCC(Very Large Crude Oil carrier, which is the main ship type of crude oil transportation, has different maneuverability from that of ordinary ships, and its deflection is abnormal under the influence of wind.Once the oil spill occurs, it will cause great damage to the marine environment.Therefore, the theoretical study of VLCC maneuverability has become an important part of maritime traffic safety.By referring to domestic and foreign literatures and on the basis of other people's research, this paper establishes a complete and comprehensive mathematical model of the maneuvering motion of a four-degree-of-freedom super large tanker, including rolling, by using the idea of MMG Maneuvering Model Group.The maneuverability affected by wind and current is simulated by MATLAB. The accuracy of the model is within the error range of simulation requirement through the comparison of deep water and shallow water cycle simulation experiment and real ship cycle experiment.On the basis of the established model, the direction-preserving simulation of VLCC under different load states under different wind direction, different wind speed and different ship speed is carried out, and the cyclicity of VLCC under the influence of different wind speed and velocity is studied.The angle of air flow pressure difference is calculated under different ship speed, different wind speed and different velocity.The simulation results show that when the VLCC is draught at full load, it is subject to wind in any direction during the course of its advance, and the bow will deflect to the upper wind when it is ballast, and when the wind is strong at the transverse front and the ship's speed is low, the bow will deflect downwind.When the wind is positive or the ship is high, the bow will deflect to the upper wind.The research in this paper can make the ship pilots better understand the handling characteristics of VLCC, and provide the corresponding guidance for the actual operation of the ship.
