中船重工七二五所八室钛合金研发成果助力南海岛礁工程

【摘要】：正2016年9月23日,中船重工七二五所八室与国家海洋局南海分局签订船用钛合金管材供货协议,提供的产品将用于永兴岛、美济礁、渚碧礁的地震观测井。这是该所自主开发400 MPa级钛合金首次以管材形式实现供货。本次合同提供的产品规格大、精度要求高,并且要求管材连接方便、密封性能好。八室研发人员与设计单位和施工单位反复沟通,提供选材、连接方式改进等多种材料技术方案,并最终用数据和综合细
[Abstract]:On September 23, 2016, China Shipyard heavy Industry signed an agreement with the South China Sea Branch of the State Oceanic Administration to supply titanium alloy pipes for ships. The products will be used in seismic observation wells in Yongxing Island, Meiji Reef and Zhu Bi Reef. This is the first time that the Institute has developed 400 MPa titanium alloy in the form of pipe. The contract provides large product specifications, high precision requirements, and pipe connection is convenient, good sealing performance.
