FPSO的直升机平台设计及建造研究

【摘要】:随着世界经济不断发展,社会对油气资源需求越来越大。目前,陆地和浅海区域的油田勘探开发的高峰期已过,而深水区域油田的勘探开发,正进入快速发展期。为了适应不同的海洋油气田、不同的海域条件使用的开发装备,海洋工程业界已发展了种类繁多的海洋油气开发装备,直升机平台作为各类海工装置上不可缺少的重要结构,作为日常运输或紧急救助的重要通道,各相关规定都有明确的要求,,保证其有足够的安全性,保证直升飞机降落。 相比其他石油生产平台,浮式生产储卸装置(FPSO)具备较强的抗风浪能力、储卸油能力大、适应水深范围广、可转移和重复使用的特点。目前,国内FPSO船型和要用于浅水500米以下的近海区,吨位和生产能力较小,而国外FPSO已向大型化(30万吨)、作业水深(2000米以上)不断加深方面发展;同时,出于成本和建造周期的考虑,由油轮改造FPSO占多数。相对而言,现在国内FPSO的技术发展与国外有较大的差距。 本研究是分析大型FPSO的直升机平台布置及结构形式特点;同时,对比各国内外相关标准各级社规范要求,运用有限元软件对直升机平台结构进行优化分析,保证结构满足各规范要求;研究直升机平台生产建造工艺技术,优化生产流程,保证建造质量。
[Abstract]:With the development of the world economy, the society needs more and more oil and gas resources. At present, the peak period of exploration and development in land and shallow water areas has passed, while the exploration and development of deep water regional oilfields is entering a period of rapid development. In order to adapt to the development equipment used in different offshore oil and gas fields and different sea area conditions, the marine engineering industry has developed a wide variety of offshore oil and gas development equipment. Helicopter platform is an indispensable and important structure in various marine engineering installations. As an important passage of daily transportation or emergency rescue, all relevant regulations have clear requirements to ensure its sufficient safety and helicopter landing. Compared with other oil production platforms, FPSO (floating production storage and unloading plant) has the characteristics of strong wind and wave resistance, large oil storage and unloading capacity, wide range of water depth, transferability and reuse. At present, the tonnage and production capacity of domestic FPSO ships and offshore areas which are to be used in shallow water below 500m are relatively small, while the overseas FPSO has been developed to a large scale (300000 tons, the operating depth of which is more than 2000m), and at the same time, In view of the cost and construction cycle, FPSO is the majority of oil tankers. Relatively speaking, there is a big gap between domestic FPSO technology development and foreign countries. This study is to analyze the helicopter platform layout and structural characteristics of large FPSO, and at the same time, compare the requirements of the relevant standards at home and abroad, and use the finite element software to optimize the helicopter platform structure. To ensure that the structure meets the requirements of the specifications; to study the helicopter platform production and construction technology, optimize the production process, to ensure the quality of construction.
