基于WiFi的轮机模拟器测试系统设计和实现

【摘要】:轮机模拟器作为航海类院校的重要教学训练设备,已经在现代轮机教学和培训工作中得到广泛应用,并在海运人才培养方面发挥着重要的作用。轮机模拟器的硬件设备是操作人员直接接触的设备,它可以模拟船舶上的各个真实系统,轮机人员通过按下按钮,旋转开关,推动手柄等动作与模拟器进行交互,而采集这些操作信号的正是一些底层的数据采集和数据处理板卡,数据的实时性和可靠性是保证整个模拟器运行良好的重要基础。所以在整个模拟器形成成品之前,如何能快速、高效、方便的对各种轮机模拟器硬件板卡进行测试,并保证系统的运行可靠就变的非常必要。针对以上问题,运用嵌入式技术、网络技术以及无线WiFi通信技术,开发一套基于WiFi的轮机模拟器测试系统。该系统以轮机模拟器的底层分系统硬件设备板卡作为被控对象,并以常用的轮机模拟器分油机硬件板卡为例,设计带有无线通信功能的硬件电路。将飞思卡尔生产的FRDM-KL43Z核心控制板与WiFi通信模块、以太网通信模块相结合,作为该测试系统的硬件中央处理平台。在软件上以SDK软件开发工具包作为微控制器的底层驱动,为了提高测试系统的可靠性和实时性,向微控制器中移植入μC/OS-Ⅱ嵌入式操作系统,同时在上位机上用配置了JAVA环境的跨平台软件QT开发专门针对本系统的Andriod手机APP测试软件,完成对各个模拟器板卡界面和内部逻辑功能的模拟,增加了最终系统测试时的直观性和方便性。在对该测试系统实际使用时,硬件中央处理平台相当于一个适配层,它包含被测试模拟器底层设备板卡的各种测试信息,操作人员使用专门设计的手机APP通过无线WiFi向其发出控制指令,经其解析后作用到相应的被控对象上,从而就可以全面的完成对模拟器底层分系统设备板卡的测试。通过现场调试实验表明,基于WiFi的轮机模拟器测试系统具有功耗小、使用方便、可靠性高等优点,在轮机模拟器所在房间的任何一个位置,可以准确、高效的完成对整个底层设备系统的集中测试,并增加了测试时的体验。本系统对未来轮机模拟器的通信方式和硬件设备布局方式亦有一定的参考意义。
[Abstract]:As an important teaching and training equipment in marine colleges, marine simulator has been widely used in modern marine engineering teaching and training, and plays an important role in the training of marine personnel. The hardware equipment of the marine simulator is the equipment that the operator is in direct contact with. It can simulate every real system on board the ship. The engineer can interact with the simulator by pressing the button, rotating the switch, pushing the handle, etc. These operation signals are collected by some underlying data acquisition and data processing boards. The real-time and reliability of the data is the important foundation to ensure the whole simulator to run well. So how to test all kinds of marine simulator hardware card quickly, efficiently and conveniently before the whole simulator is finished, and how to ensure the reliability of the system becomes very necessary. Aiming at the above problems, an engine simulator test system based on WiFi is developed by using embedded technology, network technology and wireless WiFi communication technology. The hardware card of the bottom subsystem of the marine simulator is taken as the controlled object, and the hardware circuit with wireless communication function is designed by taking the commonly used hardware card of the engine simulator as an example. The FRDM-KL43Z core control board produced by Freescale is combined with WiFi communication module and Ethernet communication module as the hardware central processing platform of the test system.
