某船主机燃油反冲洗滤器故障分析

【摘要】:针对MISUZU-BOLL型燃油自动冲洗滤器无法自动冲洗、冲洗不完全问题,结合反冲洗滤器的工作原理,解体反冲洗电磁阀,查明反冲洗电磁阀阀芯行程变小、橡皮垫圈变形导致滤器无法自动冲洗,采用增大反冲洗电磁阀的阀芯行程、增大橡皮垫圈强度等方法解决故障,通过改进燃油反冲洗滤器电路控制系统,换用压缩空气为冲洗介质等方法实现冲洗完全,实现设备工作稳定和主机的安全运行。
[Abstract]:In view of the problem that MisUZU-BOLL fuel oil automatic flushing filter cannot be automatically flushed and the washing is incomplete, combined with the working principle of backwash filter, the backwash solenoid valve is disintegrated, and the valve core stroke of backwash solenoid valve is found to be smaller. The distortion of rubber washer can not automatically flush the filter. By increasing the valve core stroke of backwash solenoid valve and increasing the strength of rubber washer, the trouble is solved, and the circuit control system of fuel oil backwash filter is improved. Using compressed air as the washing medium, the washing is complete, the work of the equipment is stable and the main engine is running safely.
