【摘要】:随着IT及船舶制造的发展,通过自身信息化建设来提升船舶制造企业竞争力已经成为日本、韩国企业的发展方向。90年代,经过日本船厂CIMS系统自主开发的摸索实践,IT技术更新速度快的情况下,企业成本投入巨大,但产出却跟不上IT技术的发展,这种自主开发方式越发显得不够经济,因此有日本研究者认为,在市场上通用软件的基础上进行自主开发是未来造船业CIMS的发展方向。从21世纪初开始,日本船厂纷纷引进国际著名软件公司产品,并在此基础上进行了大量的二次开发,并在2008年前基本完成了本地化集成。韩国船厂的大宇、现代、三星,引进了Tribon,西门子的Teamcenter等系统,并在此基础上进行了相当规模的二次开发,日韩各大造船企业,已经通过信息的整合、集成大幅度提高了企业的设计、管理与生产效率。我国造船处于大而不强的尴尬局面,需要实现造船模式的转变,而这种转变需要通过推进CMS建设,对原有造船软件信息系统进行深化、集成,CMS的建设对于我国造船企业生产水平的提高有着重大的意义。国内越来越多的船舶制造企业认识到了这一点,已经通过引进吸收国外先进软件的理念,结合自身特点,进行自主开发,来提高自身的信息化水平,这些软件极大的缩短了造船周期,提高了造船质量,规范了造船管理及过程控制。本文通过阐述国内外船厂的信息化现状,以大连某厂引进的GEO-CMS系统为研究对象,首先对GEO-CMS系统进行整体情况的概述,并经过对系统的详细研究,归纳总结出此系统相对于传统的重要特征,并在部分特征论述过程中加入了系统原理性论述。其次,对GEO-CMS系统的三大模块在大连某厂的应用、本地客户化及二次开发情况进行了详细介绍,在此基础上,提出了此厂在应用过程中出现的管理及软件方面的问题,并提出管理方面的建议,特别是对中日程计划、工作包/派工单反馈等重要方面提出人员、组织、计划体系、管理等方面的建议。最后,针对CMS系统本身未能对通知单管理的缺陷及派工单反馈中的人员问题,进行CMS系统和人力资源系统链接及通知单功能二次开发的研究及讨论,研究其开发路线及难点,并形成开发实施方案。以此期望推进CMS系统的二次开发,加快大连某厂的信息化建设,并为国内其他造船企业CMS方面的二次开发提供一些借鉴和参考。
[Abstract]:With the development of IT and shipbuilding, improving the competitiveness of shipbuilding enterprises through their own information construction has become the development direction of Japanese and Korean enterprises in the 1990s. After the independent development of CIMS system in Japanese shipyard, the enterprise cost is huge, but the output can not keep up with the development of IT technology. Therefore, some Japanese researchers think that it is the future development direction of CIMS in shipbuilding industry to develop independently on the basis of general software in the market. Since the beginning of the 21st century, Japanese shipyards have introduced the products of international famous software companies one after another, and on this basis have carried out a large number of secondary development, and have basically completed localization integration before 2008. Daewoo, Hyundai and Samsung of Korean shipyards have introduced Tribonand Siemens Teamcenter and other systems, and on this basis have carried out a considerable scale of secondary development. The major shipbuilding enterprises in Japan and South Korea have already adopted the integration of information. The integration greatly improves the design, management and production efficiency of the enterprise. Shipbuilding in our country is in an awkward situation, which needs to realize the transformation of shipbuilding mode, and this transformation needs to deepen the original shipbuilding software information system by promoting the construction of CMS. The construction of integrated CMS is of great significance to the improvement of production level of shipbuilding enterprises in China. More and more shipbuilding enterprises in China have realized this point and have improved their informatization level by introducing the concept of absorbing advanced software from abroad and combining their own characteristics with their own development. These software greatly shorten shipbuilding cycle, improve shipbuilding quality, standardize shipbuilding management and process control. In this paper, the present information situation of shipyard at home and abroad is described. The GEO-CMS system introduced by a factory in Dalian is taken as the research object. Firstly, the whole situation of GEO-CMS system is summarized, and the system is studied in detail. The important features of the system compared with the traditional system are summarized, and the system principle is added in the process of partial feature discussion. Secondly, the application, local customization and secondary development of three modules of GEO-CMS system in Dalian factory are introduced in detail. On this basis, the problems of management and software in the process of application of GEO-CMS system are put forward. And put forward management suggestions, especially for the central schedule plan, work contract / job order feedback and other important aspects of the personnel, organization, planning system, management and other aspects of advice. Finally, in view of the failure of CMS system itself to deal with the defects of notice management and the personnel problem in the feedback of dispatch order, this paper studies and discusses the link and the function secondary development of CMS system and human resources system, and studies its development route and difficulty. And form a development implementation plan. In this way, we hope to promote the secondary development of CMS system, speed up the informatization construction of a certain factory in Dalian, and provide some references and references for the secondary development of CMS in other shipbuilding enterprises in China.
