船舶纯稳性丧失薄弱性衡准研究

【摘要】:船舶稳性是船舶在设计过程中的必要考虑因素,对船舶稳性及其规范的研究也是船舶领域研究的重点。目前,世界范围内通用的稳性检验规范是《2008年完整稳性规范》,然而,随着不断发生的船舶稳性失效事故也引发人们对规范适用性的思考。基于静力学及经验公式的稳性规范已经不能覆盖现有船型如客滚船,也不能作为船舶在波浪中的稳性检验衡准。另一方面,IMO及各专家学者认为应将船舶水动力学应用到船舶稳性衡准中,即船舶稳性衡准应涉及船舶在波浪中的稳性问题。基于以上两点,IMO正在制定第二代完整稳性衡准,纯稳性丧失是其中五大稳性失效模式之一,对纯稳性丧失薄弱性衡准的研究可以为第二代完整稳性衡准的制定提供依据,并起到一定的推动作用。 本文基于纯稳性丧失薄弱性衡准草案的程序开发及样船计算,主要内容为: (1)初稳性高GM和复原力臂GZ求解介绍。简要介绍静水及波浪中复原力臂和初稳性高的求解方法,并对复原力臂曲线的特征值做介绍。 (2)波浪参数确定:介绍了基于北大西洋海浪谱将随机波转换为规则波的两种不同方法进行介绍。主要是规则波中波长和波高因素的确定。 (3)基于纯稳性丧失薄弱性衡准草案的程序开发验证:由于船舶在波浪中回复力损失是引发纯稳性丧失失效模式的关键因素,所以首先对其复原力变化产生影响的因素进行介绍。其次,对纯稳性丧失发生过程及其薄弱性衡准方法进行介绍,并利用Visual Basic6.0语言进行相应程序开发。最后,以C11集装箱船为例利用程序进行计算,并将计算结果与702所进行对比,从而对程序的正确性进行验证。 (4)利用程序进行的样船计算:以2艘渔政船作为样船,利用程序进行实船计算,并对样船计算结果进行分析。
[Abstract]:Ship stability is a necessary factor in the design of ships, and the study of ship stability and its specifications is also the focus of the research in the field of ships. At present, the universal stability inspection code is the complete Stability Code of 2008. However, with the continuous occurrence of ship stability failure accidents, people also think about the applicability of the code. The stability codes based on statics and empirical formulas can no longer cover existing ship forms such as passenger ro / ro ships and can not be used as the stability test of ships in waves. On the other hand, IMO and various experts and scholars believe that ship hydrodynamics should be applied to ship stability balance, that is, ship stability criterion should involve ship stability in waves. Based on the above two points, IMO is making the second generation complete stability criterion, and the loss of pure stability is one of the five failure modes. The study on the weakness of pure stability loss can provide the basis for the formulation of the second generation complete stability criterion. And play a certain role in promoting. This paper is based on the program development and the calculation of the sample ship based on the draft of pure stability loss weakness leveling. The main contents are as follows: (1) the solution of the initial stability high GM and the restoring arm GZ are introduced. This paper briefly introduces the solution method of restoring arm and high initial stability in static water and wave. The eigenvalues of the restoring arm curve are introduced. (2) Wave parameter determination: two different methods of converting random wave to regular wave based on North Atlantic wave spectrum are introduced. It is mainly about the determination of wave length and wave height in regular wave. (3) Development and verification of the procedure based on the draft of pure stability loss weakness leveling: because the loss of ship's return force in wave is the key factor to cause the failure mode of pure stability loss, So first of all, the factors that influence the change of resilience are introduced. Secondly, the process of pure stability loss and the method of weak balance are introduced, and the corresponding program is developed by Visual basic 6.0 language. Finally, taking C11 container ship as an example, the program is used to calculate, and the result is compared with 702, so the correctness of the program is verified. (4) the calculation of the sample ship carried out by the program: take two fishing administration ships as the sample ship. The program is used to calculate the real ship and the result of the sample ship is analyzed.
