电磁力辅助水火弯板工艺装置研究

【摘要】:目前水火弯成形工艺都是利用对钢板局部反复加热和冷却过程中钢板在内部产生的残余应变来使钢板弯曲变形的,针对传统水火弯板目前存在的加工效率低下、加工准确性不高、工作环境恶劣、人才断档等一系列缺点的现状,为适应现如今缩短造船周期、降低生产成本和提高工艺质量的大背景,提出了本文研究的内容:电磁力辅助水火弯板工艺装置的研究。电磁力辅助水火弯板工艺是以低频脉冲电磁力作为辅助促进水火弯板加工过程中钢板的变形,通过水冷产生的残余应变和应力使钢板获得更大的变形余量。 通过对传统水火弯板加工钢板和电磁成形系统的原理的研究分析,总结并设计了电磁力辅助水火弯板工艺装置。其中电磁力辅助水火弯板工艺装置主体分为:控制电路、脉冲电磁线圈、电源和充放电电容。 本文详细介绍了控制电路的设计思路和其工作原理,根据各部分电路的作用,使用电路软件进行原理图的设计并形成PCB实物电路板,对电路板进行测试,验证设计的正确性。 最后将电磁力辅助水火弯板工艺装置主体部分进行连接,通过搭建实验平台对脉冲电磁线圈的电磁强度及其影响因素进行实验数据的收集和分析,得到了脉冲电磁产生的电磁场的规律和作用形式。对电磁力辅助水火弯板工艺装置日后的改进奠定了基础以及提供了数据支持。
[Abstract]:At present, the residual strain produced by the steel plate in the process of local repeated heating and cooling is used to make the steel plate bend and deform, aiming at the low processing efficiency of the traditional hot bending plate. The processing accuracy is not high, the working environment is bad, the talented person breaks the file and so on a series of shortcomings present situation, in order to adapt nowadays shortens the shipbuilding cycle, reduces the production cost and the enhancement craft quality big background, The research contents of this paper are as follows: electromagnetic force assisted hydro-thermal bending process device. Electromagnetic force assisted hydro-thermal bending process is to use low-frequency pulsed electromagnetic force as the assistant to promote the deformation of steel plate in the process of water-fired bending plate processing. The residual strain and stress produced by water cooling can make the steel plate obtain a larger deformation margin. Based on the research and analysis of the principle of traditional hydro-thermal bending plate processing and electromagnetic forming system, the electro-magnetic force assisted hydro-thermal bending process device is summarized and designed. The main parts of the electro-magnetic force assisted hydro-thermal bending device are as follows: control circuit, pulse electromagnetic coil, power supply and charge-discharge capacitance. This paper introduces the design idea and working principle of the control circuit in detail. According to the function of each part of the circuit, the schematic diagram is designed by using the circuit software and the PCB physical circuit board is formed. The circuit board is tested to verify the correctness of the design. Finally, the main part of the hydro-thermal bending plate is connected by electromagnetic force, and the experimental data of the electromagnetic intensity of the pulsed electromagnetic coil and its influencing factors are collected and analyzed by setting up an experimental platform. The law and the action form of the electromagnetic field produced by the pulse electromagnetism are obtained. It lays a foundation for the further improvement of electromagnetic force assisted hydro-thermal bending plate process and provides data support.
