青岛CSSQ船舶重工物料管理系统绩效分析

【摘要】:随着信息技术的进步、经济全球化的发展以及电子商务业务的迅速成长,全球化的经济环境使企业面临缩短交货期、提高质量、改进服务、满足个性化需求以及降低企业生产成本等方面的重大挑战。这种市场环境下,物流作为企业的“第三利润源泉”将发挥重大的作用。物料管理是制造业企业管理的核心部分,同时,作为贯穿物流管理过程的主线,物料管理是“第三利润源泉”的主要来源,对制造企业尤其如此。因此,对制造企业进行物料管理绩效评价将有助于降低企业成本,提升企业管理水平。 本文以青岛CSSQ船舶重工企业的物料管理绩效为研究对象,首先从物料管理的定义及流程、绩效评价的定义及流程,,以及绩效评价方法三个方面阐述了本文研究的理论基础及主要方法。在此基础上,本文首先对船舶重工企业的物料产品特征进行了较为详细的分析,并对青岛CSSQ船舶重工企业的物料管理现状进行了详细介绍;然后,本文运用平衡计分卡的方法建立了船舶重工企业物料管理绩效评价指标体系,包括财务维度、客户维度、运营维度、学习和成长维度四个维度的13个指标,并建立了基于模糊综合平均法和层次分析法的物料管理绩效评价模型;最后,结合青岛CSSQ船舶重工企业物料管理的实际情况,运用建立的绩效评价指标体系和模型对青岛CSSQ船舶重工企业的物料管理绩效进行评价,评价结果表明该企业物料管理绩效表现为一般绩效,其中,除客户维度表现为较高绩效外,其他三个维度都表现为一般绩效。基于此,本文分别对四个维度提出了绩效改进措施,包括采用供应商管理库存模式、提高第三方物流使用程度等措施。 通过研究青岛CSSQ船舶重工企业的物料管理绩效,本文建立了物料管理整体绩效评价指标体系,弥补了单独评价采购绩效带来的效益背反现象;另外,基于青岛CSSQ船舶重工企业物料管理绩效评价结果,本文对其提出了相应的绩效优化措施,这对企业的良好发展具有重要的实际指导意义。
[Abstract]:With the progress of information technology, the development of economic globalization and the rapid growth of e-commerce business, the economic environment of globalization makes enterprises face shortening delivery time, improving quality and improving service. Material management is the core part of the management of manufacturing enterprises. Therefore, evaluating the material management performance of manufacturing enterprises will help to reduce the cost of enterprises and improve the level of enterprise management. This paper takes the material management performance of Qingdao CSSQ shipbuilding heavy industry enterprise as the research object. Firstly, from the definition and process of material management, the definition and process of performance evaluation. And three aspects of the performance evaluation of the theoretical basis of this study and the main methods. On this basis, this paper firstly analyzes the material product characteristics of the shipbuilding heavy industry enterprise in detail, and introduces the material management status of Qingdao CSSQ shipbuilding heavy industry enterprise in detail. In this paper, the method of balanced scorecard is used to establish the performance evaluation index system of material management in shipbuilding heavy industry enterprises, including 13 indicators of four dimensions: financial dimension, customer dimension, operation dimension, learning and growth dimension. The performance evaluation model of material management based on fuzzy comprehensive average method and analytic hierarchy process is established. Finally, combining with the actual situation of material management in Qingdao CSSQ shipbuilding heavy industry enterprise, Using the established performance evaluation index system and model to evaluate the material management performance of Qingdao CSSQ shipbuilding heavy industry enterprise, the evaluation results show that the material management performance of the enterprise is general performance, among which, Except for the higher performance in customer dimension, the other three dimensions are general performance. Based on this, this paper proposes four dimensions of performance improvement measures, including the use of supplier management inventory model, improve the use of third party logistics measures. By studying the material management performance of Qingdao CSSQ Shipbuilding heavy Industry Enterprise, this paper establishes the overall performance evaluation index system of material Management, which makes up for the negative phenomenon brought by the single evaluation of purchasing performance. Based on the results of material management performance evaluation of Qingdao CSSQ shipbuilding heavy industry enterprise, this paper puts forward the corresponding performance optimization measures, which has important practical guiding significance for the good development of the enterprise.
