基于AutoCAD的客船撤离计算辅助工具的设计与实现

【摘要】:客船载运的人员众多,一旦发生海难,会造成巨大的财产损失和大量的人员伤亡,因此客船的撤离计算是船舶设计中一项极其重要的内容。传统的撤离计算是人工进行的,计算过程极其复杂和繁琐,效率非常低下,而专用于客船撤离计算的软件还不完善。AutoCAD作为船舶设计院的主要设计工具,其通用功能不能满足撤离计算的需求。使用CAD二次开发技术开发撤离计算辅助工具,既可以提高撤离计算的效率,也可以避免人为造成的疏忽,是一种投资少、见效快、针对性强的研究。 论文结合船舶设计院制作客船撤离计算书的需求,在充分分析撤离计算的原理和研究CAD二次开发技术的基础上,依据国际海事组织(International MaritimeOrganization)(简称IMO)发布的《新客船和现有客船撤离分析指南》,结合撤离计算书的设计过程,利用VLISP开发工具及ActiveX技术,开发出基于AutoCAD的客船撤离计算辅助工具,极大地简化了客船撤离计算过程中的繁琐程序,显著提高了撤离计算书制作的效率和准确性。 论文的主要工作包括:(1)研究客船撤离计算的原理以及IMO发布的《指南》,分析其在客船上的应用,结合实际工作流程,将撤离计算书的制作过程划分成不同的设计阶段;(2)在分析AutoCAD软件的基础上,研究CAD二次开发的特点、一般形式、基本过程、开发模型和开发工具;(3)根据实际工作流程,拟定撤离计算辅助工具的总体设计思路,建立系统的框架模型,分析系统的功能需求;(4)利用VLISP开发工具及ActiveX技术,分别对数据整理模块、撤离计算模块和结果输出模块的各项功能进行编程,按照不同的功能模块进行单独设计,并创建友好的人机交互界面。 工具开发完成后,将其应用到2300客位客滚船的实船撤离计算中,获得了很好的效果,,并通过了船级社的审批,证明论文所开发的工具具有很强的实际应用价值。
[Abstract]:The passenger ship carries a lot of personnel, once the maritime disaster, will cause huge property losses and a large number of casualties, so the passenger ship evacuation calculation is an extremely important part of the ship design. The traditional evacuation calculation is carried out manually, the calculation process is extremely complex and tedious, and the efficiency is very low. However, the software specially used for passenger ship evacuation calculation is not perfect. AutoCAD is the main design tool of the ship design institute. Its universal function can not meet the needs of evacuation calculation. Using the secondary development technology of CAD to develop the assistant tool of evacuation calculation can not only improve the efficiency of evacuation calculation, but also avoid human negligence. It is a kind of research with less investment, quick effect and strong pertinence. According to the requirement of ship design institute to make the calculation document of passenger ship evacuation, the principle of evacuation calculation is fully analyzed and the secondary development technology of CAD is studied. According to the "Guide for the evacuation Analysis of New passenger ship and existing passenger ship" issued by the International Maritime Organization (International MaritimeOrganization) (), combined with the design process of evacuation calculation book, the auxiliary tool of passenger ship evacuation calculation based on AutoCAD is developed by using VLISP development tool and ActiveX technology. The complicated procedure of passenger ship evacuation calculation is greatly simplified, and the efficiency and accuracy of making evacuation calculation document are greatly improved. The main work of this paper includes: (1) studying the principle of passenger ship evacuation calculation and the "Guide" issued by IMO, analyzing its application on passenger ship, combining with actual work flow, dividing the process of making evacuation calculation into different design stages; (2) based on the analysis of AutoCAD software, the characteristics, general form, basic process, development model and development tools of CAD secondary development are studied. The framework model of the system is established, and the functional requirements of the system are analyzed. (4) using VLISP development tools and ActiveX technology, the functions of data collation module, evacuation calculation module and result output module are programmed, respectively. Design according to different function modules and create friendly man-machine interface. After the development of the tool is completed, it is applied to the calculation of the actual ship evacuation of the 2300 passenger ro / ro passenger ship, and good results are obtained, and the approval of the classification society is passed, which proves that the tool developed in this paper has very strong practical application value.
