多源信息融合技术在VTS中的应用

【摘要】:经济全球化的迅速发展,导致大量工业制成品等适箱货源的增加,使得海运的主导地位和作用仍将是其他运输方式不可替代的。为了更好的为船舶提供助航服务、交通组织服务,有效监管船舶动态,减少水上交通事故,VTS系统在我国海事部门获得广泛应用。但我国的VTS系统严重依赖进口,目前国内的市场和技术几乎被欧洲的SIGNALIS公司所垄断,因此研制具有自主知识产权的成套VTS系统就显得十分必要。 进口的VTS9760、VTS9770以及SIGNALIS公司最新推出SYTAR系统应用在我国长江这种水运环境复杂的内河航道以及大运输量港口,还是会出现目标船舶与AIS提供的船名、吃水等静态信息关联错误的现象。 为研发一整套拥有自主知识产权的国产VTS,冲破国际VTS系统研发商对我国船舶交通服务系统的技术垄断。本文从多传感器数据融合领域开展研究,从而运用到我国国产VTS系统的开发中。论文提出将雷达覆盖区域进行区域分割,采取分块关联判断的策略。使用改进的多因素模糊综合航迹关联算法对整个监控区域内接收到的AIS信息和雷达观测到的目标航迹信息,进行航迹关联判断。算法采用卡尔曼滤波减小噪声干扰并在假设以实现目标跟踪的前提下预测目标在下一时刻的状态最优值。采用模糊数学中的Z型隶属度分布作为隶属度函数对雷达和AIS信息进行隶属度计算。为考证算法的可靠、有效性,论文选择MATLAB做建模仿真并给出了最终的实验结果图。 针对多个雷达交汇区域内的目标航迹融合,本文对加权平均融合算法和交叉协方差融合算法进行了比较。并结合kalman滤波及PDA算法提出改进的航迹融合算法kalPDA算法。论文最后还提出了一些在信息融合基础之上的拓展应用,以提高国产VTS在实际船舶监管中的实用性。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of economic globalization, a large number of industrial manufactured goods and other suitable sources of goods increased, making the leading position and role of shipping will still be irreplaceable by other modes of transportation. In order to provide better navigation service for ships, traffic organization services, effective supervision of ship dynamics, reduce water traffic accidents in the VTS system has been widely used in maritime departments in China. However, China's VTS system relies heavily on imports, and the domestic market and technology are almost monopolized by SIGNALIS companies in Europe, so it is necessary to develop a complete set of VTS systems with independent intellectual property rights. The imported VTS9760,VTS9770 and SYTAR system introduced by SIGNALIS Company are used in the inland waterway and large volume port of the Yangtze River in our country, but the target ship and the ship's name, draft and other static information provided by the AIS will still appear the phenomenon of wrong association with the static information such as the ship's name, draft and so on. In order to develop a set of domestic VTS, with independent intellectual property rights, it breaks through the technical monopoly of international VTS system R & D on China's ship traffic service system. In this paper, the research of multi-sensor data fusion is carried out, which is applied to the development of domestic VTS system in China. In this paper, the region of radar coverage is segmented, and the strategy of block association judgment is adopted. The improved multi-factor fuzzy synthetic track association algorithm is used to judge the track association between the AIS information received in the whole monitoring area and the target track information observed by radar. Kalman filter is used to reduce noise interference and to predict the optimal state of the target at the next moment under the assumption of target tracking. The Z-type membership degree distribution in fuzzy mathematics is used as the membership function to calculate the membership degree of radar and AIS information. In order to verify the reliability and validity of the algorithm, MATLAB is selected for modeling and simulation, and the final experimental results are given. In this paper, the weighted average fusion algorithm and the cross covariance fusion algorithm are compared for the target track fusion in multiple radar intersection regions. Combined with kalman filter and PDA algorithm, an improved track fusion algorithm, kalPDA algorithm, is proposed. Finally, some extended applications based on information fusion are proposed to improve the practicability of domestic VTS in ship supervision.
