船用柴油机关键件协同制造系统信息集成技术研究

【摘要】:随着信息化、智能化、自动化技术的发展,越来越多的制造企业选择CAX、PDM、MES等先进的设计制造系统来提高自身的生产能力和生产效率。这些系统在很大程度上提高了企业的制造能力,加快了企业的发展。然而,这些异构系统的使用也给企业带来了困扰,使得企业各部门之间的信息传递变得困难,阻碍了企业的发展。本文通过建立统一的协同设计与制造平台,解决了设计部门内部之间以及设计与制造部门之间的信息传递瓶颈问题。本课题在国内某大型船用柴油机制造企业重大项目“船用柴油机协同制造平台总体设计与信息集成技术研究”和“船用柴油机MES集成技术研究”(2013JX598F)的支撑下开展工作,论文对该企业协同制造系统进行了深入的研究,主要研究内容与取得的成果如下:(1)充分调研了国内、外柴油机制造的行业特点和该企业现状,搭建了柴油机关键件协同制造平台的总体架构。通过调研该企业的设计和制造体系的信息化现状,全面了解了企业开展协同制造研究的需求,在此基础上搭建了柴油机协同制造平台。(2)根据对合作企业产品的设计过程以及设计系统(主要为CAD、CAPP、CAM)的分析,应用基于大集成平台PDM系统的集成方案,实现了CAD/CAPP/CAM系统的集成。并分别阐述了PDM/CAD,PDM/CAPP以及PDM/CAM的集成方法与集成信息。在PDM与CAD/CAPP/CAM系统集成的基础之上,创新性地将生产仿真系统加入集成系统之中,使设计部门在产品投产之前能对产品的生产方案以及工艺路线进行仿真,完善了协同制造系统的整个设计部分。(3)通过调研企业现场信息采集的现状,针对企业的实际需求,设计了多种方式并存的现场信息采集方案,并在企业中得到了成功应用。通过对企业现有的系统之间的对比与分析,提出了针对柴油机关键件的CAPP系统和MES系统的集成的方案,从而实现了现场信息与工艺设计信息集成的要求。同时本文着重研究了基于XML为中间数据交换格式的CAPP与MES的集成方案。(4)通过船用柴油机关键零件——连杆在协同制造平台上的零件建模、工艺设计、加工仿真、生产系统仿真以及车间制造等过程的实验,验证了协同制造平台的可行性和正确性。
[Abstract]:With the development of information, intelligence and automation technology, more and more manufacturing enterprises choose CAX,PDM,MES and other advanced design and manufacturing systems to improve their production capacity and production efficiency. These systems to a large extent improve the manufacturing capacity of enterprises and accelerate the development of enterprises. However, the use of these heterogeneous systems also brings trouble to enterprises, which makes it difficult to transfer information between different departments of enterprises and hinders the development of enterprises. In this paper, a unified collaborative design and manufacturing platform is established to solve the problem of information transmission bottleneck within the design department and between the design and manufacturing department. This subject is supported by the major projects of a large marine diesel engine manufacturing enterprise in China, "the overall Design and Information Integration Technology Research of Marine Diesel engine Collaborative Manufacturing platform" and "Marine Diesel engine MES Integrated Technology Research" (2013JX598F). The main research contents and achievements are as follows: (1) the domestic and foreign diesel engine manufacturing industry characteristics and the status quo of the enterprise are fully investigated. The overall framework of collaborative manufacturing platform for key parts of diesel engine is built. By investigating the information status of the enterprise's design and manufacturing system, the author fully understands the need of the enterprise to carry out collaborative manufacturing research. On this basis, a diesel engine collaborative manufacturing platform is built. (2) based on the analysis of the product design process and the design system (mainly CAD,CAPP,CAM) of the cooperative enterprise, the integration scheme of the PDM system based on the large-scale integration platform is applied to realize the integration of the CAD/CAPP/CAM system. The integration methods and information of PDM/CAD,PDM/CAPP and PDM/CAM are described respectively. On the basis of the integration of PDM and CAD/CAPP/CAM system, the production simulation system is creatively added into the integrated system, so that the design department can simulate the production plan and process route of the product before the product is put into production. The whole design part of collaborative manufacturing system is improved. (3) based on the investigation of the status quo of enterprise field information collection and the actual needs of the enterprise, a multi-mode field information collection scheme is designed and successfully applied in the enterprise. Through the comparison and analysis of the existing systems in the enterprise, the integration scheme of CAPP system and MES system for the key parts of diesel engine is put forward, which realizes the integration of field information and process planning information. At the same time, this paper focuses on the integrated scheme of CAPP and MES based on XML. (4) part modeling, process design and machining simulation based on the key parts of marine diesel engine-connecting rod on collaborative manufacturing platform. The feasibility and correctness of collaborative manufacturing platform are verified by simulation of production system and experiments of workshop manufacturing.
