全压式LPG船液货操作系统仿真研究

【摘要】:本文根据数学仿真的一般过程来对扬州科进船厂国产3600m3LPG船的液货装卸系统进行仿真研究。首先,针对扬州科进船厂国产3600m3LPG船的液货装卸系统,研究分析本系统及相关系统的工作原理。其次,对全压式LPG船液货装卸系统中的主要部件如液货泵、管路阀件、液货舱建立数学模型;并对液货管网进行水力分析,建立对应数学模型;另对液压控制系统、惰性气体系统、洗舱系统和船舶浮态也进行数学建模。再次,对该液货装卸系统中的有关设备、机构和监测报警系统建立仿真流程,并以该仿真流程为框架开发应用软件。最后,利用现代仿真软件设计方法,在Visual Studio2010集成开发环境中开发仿真软件的图形界面和控制程序,构建并实现系统的各个功能模块,完成对LPG船液货装卸系统的自动化仿真。最后对该仿真软件进行可行性验证,保证开发的实时仿真软件数据精确,反应准确、功能可靠。 该液货装卸仿真软件能够自动采集液位、压力、流量等有关参数,经分析判断后进行数据传输,实时显示和故障报警,进而准确地指导装卸作业操作。系统实现是对液货系统自动化、智能化操作的进一步尝试,可为后续更进一步的结合多方向的研究提供理论参考。该LPG液货船装卸仿真软件的开发也将进一步完善各船型轮机模拟器的研发,更加丰富轮机训练装备的谱系和功能。
[Abstract]:According to the general process of mathematical simulation, this paper simulates and studies the liquid cargo handling system of domestic 3600m3LPG ship in Yangzhou Kejin Shipyard. First of all, the working principle of this system and related system is analyzed for the liquid cargo loading and unloading system of domestic 3600m3LPG ship in Yangzhou Kejin Shipyard. Secondly, a mathematical model is established for the main components of the full pressure LPG cargo handling system, such as liquid cargo pump, pipeline valve and cargo tank, and the hydraulic analysis of the liquid and cargo pipeline network is carried out, and the corresponding mathematical model is established. The hydraulic control system, inert gas system, cabin washing system and ship floating state are also modeled. Thirdly, the simulation flow of the equipment, mechanism and monitoring and alarm system in the liquid cargo loading and unloading system is established, and the application software is developed based on the simulation flow. Finally, using the modern simulation software design method, the graphical interface and control program of the simulation software are developed in the Visual Studio2010 integrated development environment, each functional module of the system is constructed and realized, and the automatic simulation of the LPG cargo and liquid loading and unloading system is completed. Finally, the feasibility of the simulation software is verified to ensure that the developed real-time simulation software has accurate data, accurate response and reliable function. The simulation software of liquid cargo loading and unloading can automatically collect the parameters of liquid level, pressure, flow rate and so on. After analyzing and judging, it can transmit the data, display the data in real time and alarm the trouble, and then guide the operation of loading and unloading accurately. The realization of the system is a further attempt to automate and intelligently operate the liquid and cargo system, which can provide a theoretical reference for the further research of the combination of multiple directions. The development of the LPG tanker handling simulation software will further improve the research and development of the marine engine simulator and enrich the spectrum and function of the marine training equipment.
