FDPSO钻井隔水管动力响应和疲劳分析
[Abstract]:Drilling riser system is the key marine equipment for deep-sea oil and gas exploration and development. Because of the slender components and the lack of effective support in the middle, drilling riser system is one of the components that are vulnerable to failure. Therefore, it is very important to study the dynamic response and cumulative fatigue damage of drilling riser. This paper focuses on the dynamic response and fatigue performance of FDPSO drilling riser under the combined action of wave and current. The main contents are as follows: 1) the length of drilling riser is designed according to API code. Buoyancy block configuration, top tensioning force determination, etc. 2) using Orcaflex software to calculate and analyze the dynamic characteristics of the riser under the combined action of wave and current, 3) using the deterministic irregular wave method and using the Orcaflex software to calculate and analyze the fatigue damage of the drilling riser caused by the wave; 4) calculating and analyzing the vortex-induced vibration of drilling riser under the action of ocean current, 5) using shear7 software to analyze the fatigue damage of drilling riser caused by vortex-induced vibration; 6) the cumulative fatigue damage of drilling riser is calculated by Miner criterion. The results show that under the combined action of wave and current, the angle of the bottom flexible joint and equivalent stress of the riser can meet the requirements of code checking. Through the analysis of wave induced fatigue damage, vortex-induced fatigue damage and cumulative fatigue damage, it is found that vortex-induced vibration fatigue damage dominates the total damage of the riser and directly controls the fatigue damage of the whole drilling riser system.
