受外压环肋圆柱壳肋骨侧向稳定性研究

【摘要】:在潜艇设计中通常采用薄圆柱壳加薄壁T型环肋加强的结构形式,为了在保证承载能力的同时减少壳体的重量,环肋结构的设计一直是潜艇设计者关注的焦点。随着潜艇设计潜深的增加,环肋发生侧向失稳的可能性增加,进而影响环肋圆柱壳的整体稳定性。本课题对于受到外压的圆柱壳体的肋骨侧向稳定性进行系统的研究。首先基于肋骨结构参数的性质,权衡各结构参数的影响并结合背景研究舱段结构以确定几何参数方案。以这些几何参数方案为基础进行肋骨侧向失稳临界压力的理论解析分析,从而得到环肋圆柱壳主要结构参数对肋骨侧向稳定性的影响及其对于侧向稳定性的贡献度。然后,通过以上研究针对不同方案及工况建立系列有限元计算模型,对于肋骨侧向失稳后屈曲特性进行计算,从而分析肋骨侧向失稳对环肋圆柱壳结构承载能力的影响,探索大变形非线性条件下,肋骨侧向失稳后的破坏形式和机理。最后通过典型肋骨侧向失稳工况以及典型壳板失稳工况的有限元计算,研究环肋圆柱壳在各种失稳状态下发生破坏的模式及其特性,由此而分析肋骨各不同参数变化对于环肋圆柱壳破坏的影响。本课题通过以上研究,初步得出了设计结构参数对于受静压环肋圆柱壳肋骨侧向失稳影响的规律,为大潜深潜艇圆柱壳环肋的参数设计提供了有益参考。
[Abstract]:In submarine design, thin cylindrical shell with thin-walled T-stiffened ring rib is usually adopted. In order to ensure the bearing capacity and reduce the weight of shell, the design of ring rib structure is always the focus of submarine designers. With the increase of submarine design depth, the possibility of lateral instability of ring ribs increases, which affects the overall stability of circular cylindrical shells. In this paper, the lateral stability of cylindrical shell subjected to external pressure is studied systematically. Firstly, based on the properties of the frame structure parameters, the influence of each structural parameter is weighed and the geometric parameter scheme is determined by studying the cabin structure in combination with the background. Based on these geometric parameter schemes, the theoretical analysis of the critical pressure of rib lateral instability is carried out, and the influence of the main structural parameters on the lateral stability of the rib and its contribution to the lateral stability are obtained. Then, a series of finite element calculation models are established for different schemes and working conditions, and the buckling characteristics of ribs after lateral instability are calculated, and the influence of lateral instability of ribs on the bearing capacity of cylindrical shells with circular ribs is analyzed. The failure mode and mechanism of rib lateral instability under nonlinear condition with large deformation are studied. Finally, the failure modes and characteristics of circular cylindrical shells under various instability states are studied by finite element calculation of typical lateral instability conditions of ribs and typical shell and plate instability conditions. The influence of different rib parameters on the failure of circular cylindrical shell is analyzed. Based on the above research, the influence of structural parameters on the lateral instability of cylindrical shell with hydrostatic pressure ring rib is preliminarily obtained, which provides a useful reference for the parameter design of cylindrical shell ring rib of deep submarine.
