基于有限元方法的在役挖泥船抓斗基座强度分析研究

【摘要】:抓斗挖泥船长期工作于恶劣的腐蚀环境中,其船体结构特别是高应力的抓斗机基座结构,由腐蚀产生的强度变化需要被着重考虑。文章以一艘抓斗挖泥船为研究对象,对比分析了抓斗机基座结构在不考虑腐蚀和考虑腐蚀两者情况下的结构强度。研究表明,腐蚀会导致这些结构的强度降低,降幅随着船龄的增加而增大,当船龄超过15年时,腐蚀的影响已不可忽略。同时,出于安全考虑,建议高龄船舶的作业能力应考虑腐蚀影响进行降低调整;船舶检验展期可以通过进行考虑腐蚀影响的强度分析工作,提前进行风险评估。
[Abstract]:Grab dredger works in a bad corrosion environment for a long time. The strength change caused by corrosion should be taken into account especially in the hull structure especially the high stress grab carrier base structure. Taking a grab dredger as an object of study, the structural strength of the base structure of grab bucket is compared and analyzed without considering corrosion and taking corrosion into account. The results show that corrosion will decrease the strength of these structures, and the decrease will increase with the increase of ship age. When the age of the ship exceeds 15 years, the effect of corrosion can not be ignored. At the same time, for safety reasons, it is suggested that the working ability of senior ships should be reduced and adjusted by taking into account the corrosion effect, and the ship inspection extension can be evaluated in advance by the strength analysis of corrosion effect.
