新概念穿梭艇自航模操控系统试验研究

【摘要】:自航模试验是研究船舶性能的有效手段。针对新概念穿梭艇,设计一种自航模操控系统。该系统包括岸上操控系统和船载自航控制系统2部分,利用无线局域网完成岸上操控系统与船载自航控制系统之间的通信;执行机构配备传感器获取反馈数据,驱动器采用成熟的可编程元件;使用Python语言编写下位机和上位机软件。将系统成功应用于新概念穿梭艇的自航模试验中,试验表明所设计的自航模操控系统可以减小开发工作量,操作方便,可扩展性和可移植性强,能够反映新概念穿梭艇的操纵性能。最后经与船模拖曳水池试验结果进行对比,证明所设计系统应用于自航模试验时能够有效获取可靠数据。
[Abstract]:Self-model test is an effective method to study ship performance. A self-model control system is designed for a new concept shuttle ship. The system consists of two parts: the onshore control system and the shipborne self-navigation control system. The communication between the onshore control system and the shipborne self-navigation control system is completed by using the wireless LAN. The actuator is equipped with sensors to obtain feedback data, the driver adopts mature programmable components, and the software of lower computer and upper computer is programmed with Python language. The system has been successfully applied to the self-propelled model test of the new concept shuttle boat. The test results show that the designed self-model control system can reduce the development workload, be easy to operate, and have strong expansibility and portability. It can reflect the maneuverability of the new concept shuttle. Finally, by comparing the test results with the model towing tank test results, it is proved that the designed system can obtain reliable data effectively when it is applied to the self-flight model test.
