DSIC承接大型LNGC新产品战略研究

【摘要】:船舶制造企业的发展壮大是我国经济实力不断增强,综合国力稳步提升的必然要求。现在,整个世界船舶制造的中心正在转移向亚洲,逐渐形成了新的格局——以中国、韩国、新加坡、日本为中心。近年来,液化天然气船(LNGC, Liquefied Natural Gas Carrier)的制造已经成为中国提高造船质量、创造高附加值产品的重点发展方向。大力发展高附加值船舶制造型企业,不仅可以提升国际竞争力,而且对国家海洋的建设和开发、保障国家安全、经济可持续发展、增加劳动力就业都具有重大意义。“第十二个五年计划”期间,造船工业的转型期进入从大到强的历史性阶段,造船工业面临着千载难逢的机遇,也遭遇了严峻的挑战。如何在新的经济形势下调整产业结构,实现企业转型升级成为造船企业尤其是海洋工程制造企业面临的核心问题。 本文以大连船舶重工集团有限公司(简称“大船”)承接新产品——大型液化天然气船建造为研究对象,以迈克尔·波特的竞争理论为依据,通过GPEST分析法,对造船行业尤其是大型液化天然气船制造行业展开研究,对企业所处的内外部环境进行评估。在此基础之上,本文对企业当前现状进行了SWOT分析,并结合企业自身情况拟定战略目标:承百年基业,创建国内领先;精益求精,铸造世界一流。围绕这一战略目标,企业选择了差异化战略、联盟战略、人才战略和品牌战略,并在以下几方面制定了切实可行的战略实施与保障措施:技术创新,人才培养,产业结构调整,控制与评估,建设专项设施。 本文通过理论与实际相结合,定性分析和定量数据相呼应,使战略方案具有针对性和可行性,希望本文的研究成果能够对大船的发展起到一定的借鉴作用。
[Abstract]:The development and expansion of shipbuilding enterprises is the inevitable requirement of our country's economic strength and comprehensive national strength. Now, the world's shipbuilding centers are shifting to Asia, taking China, South Korea, Singapore, Japan as the center. In recent years, the manufacture of liquefied natural gas (LNG) ship (LNGC, Liquefied Natural Gas Carrier) has become the key development direction of improving shipbuilding quality and creating high value-added products in China. The development of high value-added shipbuilding enterprises can not only enhance the international competitiveness, but also have great significance for the construction and development of national ocean, the guarantee of national security, the sustainable development of economy, and the increase of labor force employment. During the period of "the 12th Five-Year Plan", the transition period of shipbuilding industry entered the historical stage from big to strong, shipbuilding industry was faced with once-in-a-lifetime opportunities as well as severe challenges. How to adjust the industrial structure under the new economic situation and realize the transformation and upgrading of the enterprises have become the core problems faced by shipbuilding enterprises, especially marine engineering manufacturing enterprises. This paper takes Dalian Shipbuilding heavy Industry Group Co., Ltd. ("Big ship" for short) as the research object to undertake the construction of large liquefied natural gas (LNG) ship, takes Michael Porter's competition theory as the basis, and adopts GPEST analysis method. This paper studies the shipbuilding industry, especially the large liquefied natural gas shipbuilding industry, and evaluates the internal and external environment of the enterprises. On this basis, this paper carries on the SWOT analysis to the present situation of the enterprise, and formulates the strategic goal according to the enterprise's own situation: to carry on the century-old basic industry, to establish the domestic leading position, to strive for perfection and to cast the first class in the world. Around this strategic goal, the enterprise has chosen the differentiation strategy, the alliance strategy, the talented person strategy and the brand strategy, and has formulated the feasible strategy implementation and the safeguard measure in the following several aspects: the technical innovation, the talented person training, the industrial structure adjustment, Control and evaluation, construction of special facilities. Through the combination of theory and practice, qualitative analysis and quantitative data echo, the strategic plan has pertinence and feasibility. It is hoped that the research results of this paper can be used for reference to the development of large ships.
