船用双馈轴带变速恒频装置设计技术研究

【摘要】:船舶轴带系统可以利用船舶主机功率储备裕量,提高船舶能效,对节能减排、降低船舶运营成本有重要意义。由于双馈电机便于变速恒频运行,可实现独立的有功、无功调节,具有深度进相运行能力,且易于稳定运行,具备四象限运行特性,所需变流器容量较小(电机转差功率),随着电力电子技术和电机控制技术的发展,将双馈电机引进轴带系统有现实意义。控制双馈电机转子交流励磁的变速恒频装置是双馈轴带系统的关键设备,国内理论相关研究较多,但工程应用较少。本文归纳对比了不同的船舶轴带方案,总结国内外发展现状及研究趋势,选取双馈轴带变速恒频装置作为研究对象开展工作。首先建立了双馈电机数学模型,分析双馈电机运行原理;采用双PWM变流器变速恒频装置为双馈电机提供交流励磁,建立双PWM变流器数学模型;在Simulink中搭建了双馈轴带仿真系统,开展了不同工况下的仿真研究,验证了数学模型和控制方法的正确性;详细分析了双馈轴带系统变速恒频装置的主电路和控制器需求,设计并开发了变速恒频装置主回路和控制器,编制DSP控制软件;最后搭建了小功率双馈轴带系统变速恒频装置试验系统,在不同工况下进行运行试验,试验结果表明,变速恒频装置可以控制轴带双馈电机进行变速恒频发电运行和有功无功解耦控制,实现了设计功能。本文的研究成果可推广应用于船舶轴带发电系统中,具有较大的推广价值。
[Abstract]:The ship axle belt system can make use of the reserve margin of the main engine power of the ship to improve the energy efficiency of the ship. It is of great significance for energy saving and emission reduction and reducing the operation cost of the ship. Because the doubly-fed machine is easy to operate at variable speed and constant frequency, it can realize independent active power, reactive power regulation, deep forward phase operation ability, easy to operate stably, has four quadrant operation characteristic, and the required converter capacity is small (motor slip power). With the development of power electronics and motor control technology, it is of practical significance to introduce doubly fed machine into shaft belt system. Variable speed constant frequency (VSCF) device, which controls AC excitation of doubly fed machine rotor, is the key equipment of doubly fed shaft belt system. There are more theoretical studies in China, but few engineering applications. This paper summarizes and compares different schemes of ship shafts, summarizes the development status and research trends at home and abroad, and selects the doubly fed shaft belt variable speed constant frequency device as the research object to carry out the research. Firstly, the mathematical model of doubly-fed machine is established, and the operation principle of doubly-fed machine is analyzed. The dual-PWM converter is used to provide AC excitation for doubly-fed machine, and the mathematical model of double-PWM converter is established. The simulation system of doubly-fed shaft belt is built in Simulink, and the simulation research under different working conditions is carried out to verify the correctness of mathematical model and control method. The main circuit and controller requirements of variable speed constant frequency (VSCF) device in doubly fed shaft belt system are analyzed in detail. The main circuit and controller of VSCF are designed and developed, and the DSP control software is programmed. Finally, the test system of low power doubly fed shaft belt system with variable speed constant frequency (VSCF) is built, and the running test under different working conditions is carried out. The test results show that: The variable speed constant frequency (VSCF) device can control the operation of VSCF generation and the decoupling control of active power and reactive power with doubly fed shaft. The design function is realized. The research results in this paper can be applied to marine shaft-belt power generation system, and have great value in popularization.
