基于人机合作的船舶管路布局优化设计研究

【摘要】:船舶管系设计是船舶总体设计的主要内容之一,良好的管路布局结果不仅需要有丰富管道设计经验的专家或工程师参与,而且还需要一套良好的管路设计方法。良好的管系设计方法在船舶管系设计中占有举足轻重的地位,它对提高船舶管系设计质量,缩短船舶总体设计周期,提高船舶设计建造效益等意义重大。但在现实管路设计中,由于管路系统本身的复杂性,使得船舶管路自动化设计变得极度困难,基于此,本文提出了基于人机合作的管路布局优化设计方法来对船舶管路三维布局优化设计问题进行研究。 船舶管系设计主要有三个方面,分别是单条管路的布置设计,多条管路并行布置设计以及分支管路的布置设计,本文重点对单条管路布置设计和多条管路布置设计方法进行了深入研究。管路布置设计问题属于NP-hard问题,近几年有不少学者应用智能优化算法对该问题进行研究,并取得了一定成果,但这种仅靠算法迭代求解布置管路的方法,在算法迭代求解过程中,缺少了设计者的参与,算法的收敛性能具有局限性,为了改善算法的收敛性能,本文提出了基于人机合作的船舶管路三维布局优化设计方法。针对该研究内容,本文研究了船舶管路布局设计的人机合作机理,阐明了人工个体的获取方法及加入原则,结合船舶管路布局特点,提出了基于人机合作的改进蚁群算法,给出了基于人机合作的管路布局优化蚁群算法步骤,详细描述了基于人机合作的蚁群算法在船舶管路三维布局优化设计问题中的应用过程。 另外,通过仿真实验验证了在蚁群算法基础上结合人机合作操作能够较好地解决单条管路三维布置的设计问题,设计效果优于仅利用人工智能优化方法的设计结果;将生物学中的协同进化算法应用到三维多管路并行布置设计问题中并结合人机合作的思想,能够较好地对该问题进行求解。这种基于人机合作思想对管路布局进行优化设计的方法将为开辟新的管系设计思路提供一定的参考价值和指导意义。

[Abstract]:Ship piping design is one of the main contents of ship overall design. Good pipeline layout results need not only experts or engineers with rich pipeline design experience, but also a set of good pipeline design methods. Good piping design method plays an important role in ship piping design. It is of great significance to improve the quality of ship piping design, shorten the overall design cycle of ships, and improve the efficiency of ship design and construction. However, in the real pipeline design, because of the complexity of the pipeline system itself, the automatic design of the ship pipeline becomes extremely difficult. Based on this, this paper proposes a pipeline layout optimization design method based on human-computer cooperation to study the three-dimensional layout optimization design of the ship pipeline. There are three main aspects in the design of ship pipeline system, which are the layout design of single pipeline, the parallel layout design of multiple pipelines and the layout design of branch pipeline. in this paper, the layout design of single pipeline and the layout design method of multiple pipelines are studied in detail. The problem of pipeline layout design belongs to NP-hard problem. In recent years, many scholars have studied the problem by using intelligent optimization algorithm, and some achievements have been made. However, in the process of iterative solution of pipeline by algorithm, there is no participation of designers, and the convergence performance of the algorithm is limited. in order to improve the convergence performance of the algorithm, In this paper, a 3D layout optimization design method of ship pipeline based on man-machine cooperation is proposed. In view of this research content, this paper studies the man-machine cooperation mechanism of ship pipeline layout design, expounds the acquisition method and addition principle of artificial individual, combined with the characteristics of ship pipeline layout, puts forward an improved ant colony algorithm based on human-computer cooperation, and gives the steps of pipeline layout optimization ant colony algorithm based on man-machine cooperation. The application process of ant colony algorithm based on man-machine cooperation in 3D layout optimization design of ship pipeline is described in detail. In addition, the simulation results show that the combination of ant colony algorithm and man-machine cooperation operation can solve the design problem of three-dimensional layout of single pipeline, and the design effect is better than that of artificial intelligence optimization method. The co-evolutionary algorithm in biology can be applied to the parallel layout design problem of three-dimensional multi-pipeline and combined with the idea of human-computer cooperation, and the problem can be solved well. This method of optimizing pipeline layout based on the idea of man-machine cooperation will provide certain reference value and guiding significance for opening up new ideas of pipe system design.
