软钢臂式单点系泊系统跨接软管和电缆安装连接方法探讨

【摘要】:在总结软刚臂单点系泊系统和浮式生产储油装置FPSO间跨接软管和跨接电缆的连接方式的基础上,以渤海蓬莱19-3Ⅱ期开发项目"海洋石油117"30万t大型FPSO软管和电缆连接为例,从技术可行性、成本、作业风险及可调动船舶资源等方面对预布安装法、浮吊安装法和驳船安装法等3种跨接软管和跨接电缆连接方法进行分析、探讨。
[Abstract]:On the basis of summarizing the connection mode of jumper hose and jumper cable between soft steel arm single point mooring system and FPSO of floating production oil storage device, taking the connection of``Offshore Oil 1.17'' 300,000t large FPSO hose and cable connection of Bohai Penglai 193 Phase II Development Project as an example, the connection methods of three jumper hoses and jumper cables are analyzed from the aspects of technical feasibility, cost, cost, operation risk and ship resource mobilization.
