船体NURBS曲面解析及船舶纵向下水过程的数值模拟

把新建船舶从船台移入水中的过程称为船舶下水。下水后船舶才开始她的生命之旅。纵向下水是一种使用广泛的传统下水方法,也是最复杂的下水方法之一。通常纵向下水可以分为前后相连的四个阶段:起动,入水,艉浮与漂浮。整个下水过程虽然只有短短的一、二分钟,但却隐藏着各种潜在的风险。假如没有精确地纵向下水模拟,无法预测和避免风险地情况。另一方面,在现代船舶结构设计中CAD软件是一种标准设计工具。设计的船体可以以数字形式导出,如IGES,STEP或ACIS文件。这种文件包括详细记录2D或3D几何模型。对于船体与复杂结构数字形式有优势。有鉴于此,本文基于IGES文件,为了生成船体表面应用NURBS曲面数字模型。为了应用NURBS曲面数字模型开发了用户友好的MatLab计算程序。基于各船体NURBS曲面数字模型建立了船舶纵向下水过程的具体数值模拟方法。对船尾纵向下水过程中的四个阶段,根据各自的运动微分方程,分别得出了纵向下水速度随距离的变化。该计算程序能直接从IGES文件读取NURBS曲面的消息,由此计算出船体处于任意位置的湿表面积,排水体积,浮力,浮心,进而计算出下水速度与加速度等。终于,对一艘3100TE...
