【摘要】:随着绿色工业建筑的发展,有关建设生态节能型火力发电厂的研究已经起步,但针对火电厂厂前区建筑的绿色设计尚未形成完整的理论体系。在以往的火力发电厂设计中,厂前区建筑设计往往仅满足发电工艺布局的要求,不注重人文环境的营造,建筑形象冷漠,企业文化识别感不强,而且缺少对生产环境及生态协调的考虑。随着电力体制改革的不断深入,创造生态良好、绿色环保、结合企业自身特点的火力发电厂厂前区建筑新形象越来越受到设计人员的关注。本文通过查阅国内外火力发电厂厂前区建筑设计的相关研究,实地调研了多个相关工程设计案例,并对厂前区建筑室内外声环境、光环境进行了实地测量,分析了在火力发电厂厂前区建筑设计中运用绿色策略的条件和可能性,以及现阶段火力发电厂厂前区建筑设计中普遍存在的问题,总结出火力发电厂厂前区建筑绿色设计区别于一般民用建筑的特殊性因素。然后在理论研究及实例调研分析的基础上,针对火力发电厂厂前区建筑的特点及其绿色设计的特殊性,从规划布局和外部空间环境设计两个方面提出了适用于厂前区场地设计中的绿色策略;从噪声控制、防尘通风、天然采光和节能设计四个方面提出了适用于厂前区单体建筑设计中的绿色策略。将以上绿色设计策略和设计手法应用于华能烟台八角电厂厂前区建筑的场地设计和单体建筑设计中,从群体规划布局、建筑朝向及外部空间环境设计三个方面提升八角电厂厂前区建筑的室外环境品质;从平面设计优化和绿色技术手段应用两个方面改善八角电厂厂前区建筑的室内各物理环境的舒适性,并借助PHOENICS和ECOTECT模拟软件,对相关物理环境参数进行模拟分析,以此来验证和优化绿色策略的运用方式。
[Abstract]:With the development of green industrial buildings, the research on the construction of eco-energy-saving thermal power plants has started. However, the green design of buildings in front of thermal power plants has not yet formed a complete theoretical system. In the previous design of thermal power plants, the design of buildings in front of power plants often only meet the requirements of the layout of power generation technology. Do not pay attention to the construction of human environment, building image apathy, corporate culture identification sense is not strong, and lack of production environment and ecological coordination considerations. With the deepening of the electric power system reform, create a good ecology. Green environmental protection, combined with the characteristics of the enterprise, the new image of the building in front of the thermal power plant has been paid more and more attention by the designers. This paper looks up the related research of the building design of the front area of the thermal power plant at home and abroad. A number of related engineering design cases were investigated in the field, and the sound environment and light environment of the building in front of the factory were measured on the spot. This paper analyzes the conditions and possibility of applying green strategy in building design of front area of thermal power plant, as well as the common problems existing in building design of front area of thermal power plant at present. This paper summarizes the particularity factors of green design of buildings in front of thermal power plants, which are different from ordinary civil buildings, and then on the basis of theoretical research and case study and analysis. In view of the characteristics of the buildings in front of the thermal power plant and the particularity of the green design, the green strategy suitable for the site design in the front of the plant is put forward from the two aspects of the planning layout and the design of the outer space environment. From noise control, dust-proof ventilation. Four aspects of natural lighting and energy saving design are put forward, which are suitable for the design of single building in front of the factory. The above green design strategy and design method are applied to the site design of the building in the front area of Huaneng Yantai Bajiao Power Plant. And single architectural design. The outdoor environmental quality of the building in front of the power plant is improved from three aspects: group planning layout, building orientation and external space environment design. From the aspects of plane design optimization and application of green technology, the comfort of indoor physical environment of the building in front of the power plant is improved, and the simulation software PHOENICS and ECOTECT are used to improve the comfort of the indoor physical environment. The related physical environment parameters are simulated and analyzed to verify and optimize the application of green strategy.
