分布式电网电能质量在线监测装置的研制与应用研究

【摘要】:随着分布式电网的快速发展,大功率电力电子变流装置在电力系统负载中所占比例变得越来越大,给分布式电网带来了前所未有的冲击与污染,产生了大量的电能质量问题,严重影响了电网的电能质量和安全稳定。电网结构的不断变化,使得传统监测系统不能适应新的发展需求,促使企业或研发人员研发能够适应分布式电网的电能质量在线监测装置。为此,本文结合分布式电网电能质量特性和功能需求,借鉴现有电能质量监测装置的实践成果,对以下几个部分进行分析与研究:(1)阐述本课题的研究背景和意义,分布式电网电能质量在线监测装置的研究现状及存在的问题以及分布式电网电能质量在线监测系统的拓扑结构;(2)建立了分布式电网的数学模型,采用PSCAD软件搭建分布式电网仿真系统,分析DG并网位置、容量对电能质量的影响,为设计分布式电网电能质量在线监测装置提供了参考;(3)简要介绍了电能质量参数的基本概念及相关国家标准,为设计分布式电网电能质量在线监测装置的软、硬件提供设计依据;(4)硬件设计部分给出了以DSP+FPGA+ARM为结构的系统设计方案,包括信号采集电路、信号调理电路、数字信号处理电路、人机交互和通信电路等等。对于每一个模块,给出了详细的硬件选型和电路设计方案,包括硬件的内部结构,接口电路的设计,电源管理电路的设计等等;(5)软件设计部分介绍了几个模块的程序算法设计,包括:FFT子程序设计、电能质量参数测量算法设计、频谱泄漏改进算法设计、主程序设计、AD采样中断子程序设计、DSP数据处理主程序设计、通信中断服务子程序设计、ARM主程序设计以及人机界面设计;(6)通过微微网测试平台,验证了本监测装置适用于分布式电网系统,且系统的各项基本功能和指标达到了相关的国家标准。
[Abstract]:With the rapid development of distributed power grid, the proportion of high-power power electronic converter in power system load becomes more and more large, which brings unprecedented impact and pollution to distributed power network, and produces a large number of power quality problems. It has seriously affected the power quality and safety and stability of the power network. With the continuous change of power network structure, the traditional monitoring system can not adapt to the new development needs. In this paper, combining with the characteristics and functional requirements of power quality in distributed power grid, the practical results of the existing power quality monitoring devices are used for reference. The following several parts are analyzed and studied. (1) explain the research background and significance of this subject. The present situation and existing problems of the distributed power quality on-line monitoring device and the topology of the distributed power quality on-line monitoring system are discussed. The mathematical model of the distributed power network is established. The distributed power network simulation system is built with PSCAD software, and the influence of DG location and capacity on power quality is analyzed. This paper provides a reference for the design of distributed power quality on-line monitoring device. It briefly introduces the basic concept of power quality parameters and related national standards, and provides the software for the design of distributed power quality on-line monitoring device. In the hardware design part, the system design scheme based on DSP FPGA ARM is given, which includes signal acquisition circuit, signal conditioning circuit, digital signal processing circuit, etc. For each module, the detailed hardware selection and circuit design scheme are given, including the internal structure of the hardware, the design of the interface circuit, In the part of the software design, we introduce the algorithm design of several modules, including the design of the subprogram of: FFT, the algorithm of measuring the parameters of power quality, the design of the improved algorithm of spectrum leakage. The main program design includes AD sampling interrupt subprogram design and DSP data processing main program design, communication interrupt service subprogram design arm main program design and man-machine interface design. It is verified that the monitoring device is suitable for distributed power system, and the basic functions and indexes of the system are up to the relevant national standards.
