远洋海岛群综合能量供给系统

【摘要】:在国家的整体安全战略中,远洋海岛(群)作为维护国家海防和海洋权益的重要支点和平台,具有特殊的地缘战略意义。可靠的能量供给是远洋海岛(群)发展建设的动脉,而目前已有研究大多针对近海海岛,对远洋海岛缺乏相关理论与方法。因此,首先探究了海岛电网研究的现状,分析了其应用于远洋海岛(群)的限制与缺陷;进而提出了充分利用海岛丰富的可再生能源,实现海岛群整体资源的优化配置与可持续发展的远洋海岛群综合能量供给系统,打破了海岛电网孤立发展的格局,将海岛群作为一个整体通过独创性的储电(换电)船舶进行"互联";然后分析了该系统具有的内涵与特征;提出了构建远洋海岛群综合能量供给系统所需的关键技术,并给出了储电船舶设计与运行分析算例,以期为我国远洋海岛(群)的开发与建设提供参考。
[Abstract]:In the overall national security strategy, ocean-going islands (groups), as an important fulcrum and platform for safeguarding national coastal defense and marine rights and interests, have special geo-strategic significance. Reliable energy supply is the artery of the development and construction of ocean-going islands (groups), but most of the studies have been focused on offshore islands, and lack of relevant theories and methods for ocean-going islands. Therefore, first of all, the present situation of the research on the island power network is explored, and the limitations and defects of its application to the ocean-going islands (groups) are analyzed, and the full utilization of the abundant renewable energy sources in the islands is put forward. The integrated energy supply system of oceanic island group, which realizes the optimal allocation and sustainable development of the whole resources of the island group, breaks the pattern of isolated development of the island power network. The island group as a whole is interlinked through the original storage (switching) ship, and then the connotation and characteristics of the system are analyzed, and the key technology for building the integrated energy supply system of the ocean-going island group is put forward. An example of design and operation analysis of electric storage ships is given in order to provide a reference for the development and construction of ocean-going islands (groups) in China.
