7MW风电底座生产的关键控制技术

【摘要】:简述7 MW风电底座铸件的特点、技术要求及铸造难度。从铸造工艺和熔炼工艺两方面,介绍了7MW风电底座铸件铸造生产中的关键控制技术,尤其是造型过程中对砂芯支撑、铸件壁厚的控制和熔炼浇注过程中球化孕育处理技术。通过对这些关键技术的控制,解决了生产难点,最终生产出符合质量要求的铸件。为大型风电铸件的生产提供借鉴。
[Abstract]:The characteristics, technical requirements and casting difficulty of 7 MW wind power base castings are briefly described. In this paper, the key control techniques in casting production of 7MW wind power base castings are introduced from two aspects: casting technology and smelting process, especially the control of sand core support, wall thickness control and spheroidization inoculation treatment during casting process. Through the control of these key technologies, the production difficulties are solved and the castings that meet the quality requirements are finally produced. For the production of large wind power castings to provide reference.
