串联补偿技术在10kV配电网(农网)中的应用性研究与分析

【摘要】:无功功率不足及电压质量不合格是我国农村配电网中长期存在的问题,常用的并联电容补偿并不能很好地解决薄弱配电网的电压质量问题。因此,如何利用串联补偿的方式,提高农村电网末端电压,保障居民用电质量已经成为电力公司需要解决的关键问题。本文针对这样的研究背景,对串联补偿技术在10kV配电网(农网)中的应用进行了研究。本文研究的过程中,在对串联电容补偿的理论基础和分析方法进行分析的基础之上,探讨了串联电容补偿在10kV网络中的适应性。通过分析可以看出,在10kV配电网(农网)中,负荷功率因数越低,串联电容补偿的电压调节效应越明显;对于平稳负荷和波动负荷,串联补偿均能有效减小系统电压偏差并抑制电压波动。针对串联补偿在使用中存在的问题,本文首先对串联补偿电容器投入后引起的铁磁谐振现象进行仿真,并且根据其引起的电压异常问题,提出了利用具有饱和特性的电抗线圈改变电容补偿度的方案。通过仿真验证可以看出,本文提出的方案对于抑制线路铁磁谐振现象,并改善线路电压质量有很好的效果。理论分析的基础之上,本文将串联补偿技术应用到广西河池10kV农网超长距离供电线路的实际项目中,确定具体串补方案,并通过技术和经济性分析可以看出,由于串补电容器的作用,线路末端的电压质量得到了改善,同时大大提升了线路的输送能力,有效的缓解了由于末端电压低而导致的输送能力受限的瓶颈。通过本文的研究,不仅验证了串联补偿技术在10kV农村配电网中应用的适用性,同时本文提出的新型串联补偿方案,为抑制配电线路发生铁磁谐振,改善线路的电压质量,提高10kV农村配电网输电送电能力提供了新的解决方法。同时也对于其他电网合理的设置串联补偿方案提供了借鉴和参考。
[Abstract]:Lack of reactive power and unqualified voltage quality are long-standing problems in rural distribution networks in China. The commonly used shunt capacitor compensation can not solve the voltage quality problem of weak distribution networks. Therefore, how to use series compensation to improve the terminal voltage of rural power grid and ensure the quality of electricity consumption has become a key problem to be solved by power companies. In this paper, the application of series compensation technology in 10kV distribution network is studied. In this paper, the adaptability of series capacitor compensation in 10kV network is discussed on the basis of analyzing the theoretical basis and analysis method of series capacitance compensation. It can be seen from the analysis that the lower the load power factor in the 10kV distribution network, the more obvious the voltage regulation effect of the series capacitor compensation; for the stationary load and fluctuating load, Series compensation can effectively reduce system voltage deviation and restrain voltage fluctuation. Aiming at the problems of series compensation in use, this paper first simulates the ferromagnetic resonance phenomenon caused by the series compensation capacitor, and according to the voltage anomaly caused by it, A scheme of changing capacitance compensation degree by using reactance coil with saturation characteristic is proposed. The simulation results show that the proposed scheme can restrain the ferroresonance phenomenon and improve the voltage quality of the line. On the basis of theoretical analysis, this paper applies the series compensation technology to the actual project of the ultra long distance power supply line of Guangxi Hechi 10kV rural power network, and determines the specific series compensation scheme, and through the technical and economic analysis, it can be seen that, Because of the function of series compensation capacitor, the voltage quality at the end of the line is improved, and the transmission capacity of the line is greatly improved, which effectively alleviates the bottleneck caused by the limited transmission capacity caused by the low terminal voltage. The research in this paper not only verifies the applicability of series compensation technology in 10kV rural distribution network, but also proposes a new series compensation scheme to restrain ferromagnetic resonance and improve the voltage quality of distribution line. Improving the transmission capacity of 10kV rural distribution network provides a new solution. At the same time, it also provides reference and reference for other power grid to set up series compensation scheme reasonably.
