永磁同步电机电磁振动数值预测与分析

【摘要】:永磁同步电机在诸多领域都有广泛应用,其中分数槽集中绕组的永磁同步电机,凭借着其高密度、高效率的特点受到了广泛关注。但由于电磁力的激发,噪声以及电机振动问题更加突出,为了追求更高品质的永磁同步电机,噪声以及电机振动的大小成为了评价电机性能的重要标准,由此预测与分析永磁同步电机的数值是改善电磁同步电机性能的重要措施,对电磁振动数值进行预测也表现出不容忽视的实践意义。本文就永磁同步电机电磁振动数值预测与分析这一课题进行了探讨。
[Abstract]:Permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) has been widely used in many fields. Among them, the permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) with concentrated winding with fractional slot has been paid more and more attention by virtue of its high density and high efficiency. However, due to the excitation of electromagnetic force, noise and motor vibration more prominent, in order to pursue a higher quality permanent magnet synchronous motor, noise and motor vibration size has become an important standard to evaluate the performance of the motor. Therefore, the prediction and analysis of the permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) is an important measure to improve the performance of the PMSM. The prediction of the electromagnetic vibration is also of great practical significance. In this paper, the numerical prediction and analysis of electromagnetic vibration of permanent magnet synchronous motor (PMSM) are discussed.
