计及弃风的风电场最优装机容量

【摘要】:提出了一种在现有电源结构水平下利用弃风优化风电场装机容量的方法。在满足系统静态安全约束的条件下,基于机会规划约束,建立了以风电场净收益最大为目标、计及弃风的风电场最优装机容量模型。在此基础上,以小时为时间尺度,将风电不同季节、不同时刻调峰特性对弃风电量的影响引入最优模型,通过精细化模型得到统计意义上更为合理的最优装机容量。最后,以IEEE 30节点系统为例,基于某风电场的年风速分布特性及典型日每时刻的风速分布特性,采用基于随机模拟的粒子群算法进行模型求解,分析计算弃风、时间尺度、上网电价及其他因素对风电场装机容量的影响。
[Abstract]:A method of optimizing the installed capacity of wind farm by using abandoned wind at the level of existing power supply structure is presented. Under the condition of satisfying the static security constraints of the system, a model of optimal installed capacity of wind farm with the maximum net benefit of wind farm and considering the abandoned wind is established based on the constraint of opportunity planning. On the basis of this, the influence of peak shaving characteristics of wind power at different seasons and different times on the output of abandoned wind power is introduced into the optimal model based on the hour as the time scale, and the more reasonable optimal installed capacity in statistical sense is obtained through the refined model. Finally, taking the IEEE 30-bus system as an example, based on the annual wind speed distribution characteristics of a wind farm and the wind speed distribution characteristics of a typical day at every moment, the particle swarm optimization algorithm based on stochastic simulation is used to solve the model, and the abandoned wind and time scale are analyzed and calculated.
