基于叠加逼近调制的模块化多电平换流器谐波环流抑制策略

【摘要】:提出了一种采用改进的最近电平调制技术(nearest level modulation,NLM)的叠加逼近调制策略,能够抑制模块化多电平换流器(modular multilevel converter,MMC)的谐波环流。首先对基于传统NLM的MMC进行解析分析,指出当采用传统NLM时,上、下桥臂电压的实际输出值与控制器参考电压之间会出现偏差,且偏差中的二倍频成分是产生二倍频环流的根本原因。据此,提出了一种叠加逼近调制策略,使上、下桥臂实际输出电压与参考值一致,并从能量平衡角度论证了当采用叠加逼近调制策略时,桥臂中无二倍频环流。以厦门柔直示范工程的电磁暂态仿真算例验证了所提算法的正确性,为下一步的实际工程应用奠定了基础。
[Abstract]:A superposition approach modulation strategy based on the improved nearest level modulation technique (nearest level modulation,NLM) is proposed to suppress the harmonic circulation of the modular multilevel converter (modular multilevel converter,MMC). Firstly, the MMC based on traditional NLM is analytically analyzed, and it is pointed out that when the traditional NLM is adopted, the actual output value of the upper and lower arm voltage will deviate from the reference voltage of the controller. The second harmonic component in the deviation is the fundamental cause of the second harmonic circulation. Based on this, a superposition approach modulation strategy is proposed, which makes the actual output voltage of upper and lower arms agree with the reference value. From the angle of energy balance, it is proved that there is no double frequency circulation in the bridge arm when the superposition approximation modulation strategy is adopted. The correctness of the proposed algorithm is verified by an example of electromagnetic transient simulation of the flexible straight demonstration project in Xiamen, which lays a foundation for practical engineering application in the next step.
