基于时序电压灵敏度的有源配电网储能优化配置

【摘要】:分布式电源大量并入配电网所带来的电压问题日益显著,储能系统拥有灵活的功率调节能力,使其成为管理配电网电压的有效手段。针对有源配电网储能选址问题,该文提出时序灵敏度计算方法,从改善电压的角度深入研究储能系统最佳选址及配置。该方法首先以节点电压偏移量作为权重因子,对传统单一时间断面下的两节点间灵敏度指标做出改进;其次,区分了有源配电网电压偏移节点相反的调压需求;第三,考虑不同时段在灵敏度计算中的不同重要性,基于时序模型提出了节点的时序灵敏度指标;第四,计及了不同运行方式对灵敏度计算的影响,提高了储能配置方案在配网不同运行方式下的适应性;最后,采用遗传算法求解了时序综合灵敏度计算下的储能优化配置容量。文中以改进的IEEE33节点系统及实际配电系统为算例进行了仿真研究,仿真结果表明:所提方法充分考虑了有源配电网的多种特点,有效提高了储能对有源配电网电压的支撑水平,提高了其电压调节的针对性,并兼顾了不同节点的调压需求;且储能配置方案适应性强,满足了配电网多种运行方式下的电压控制需求。
[Abstract]:The voltage problem caused by the large amount of distributed generation being incorporated into the distribution network is becoming more and more obvious. The energy storage system has flexible power regulation ability, which makes it an effective means to manage the distribution network voltage. In order to solve the problem of energy storage location in active distribution network, a sequential sensitivity calculation method is proposed in this paper. The optimal location and configuration of energy storage system are studied from the point of view of improving voltage. In this method, firstly, the node voltage offset is used as the weight factor to improve the sensitivity index between two nodes under the traditional single time section; secondly, the voltage offset node of active distribution network is distinguished from the opposite voltage regulation requirements; third, Considering the different importance of different time periods in sensitivity calculation, the time series sensitivity index of nodes is proposed based on the time series model. Fourthly, the influence of different operation modes on sensitivity calculation is considered. The adaptability of the energy storage configuration scheme under different operation modes of distribution network is improved. Finally, genetic algorithm is used to solve the optimal configuration capacity of energy storage under the time sequence synthesis sensitivity calculation. The simulation results of the improved IEEE33 node system and the actual distribution system show that the proposed method fully takes into account the various characteristics of the active distribution network and effectively improves the support level of the energy storage to the active distribution network voltage. It improves the pertinence of voltage regulation and takes into account the voltage regulation requirements of different nodes, and the energy storage configuration scheme is adaptable to meet the needs of voltage control under various operation modes of distribution network.
