基于电能质量特性的配变综合补偿策略研究

【摘要】:针对低压配电网日益严重的电能质量问题,在配电变压器低压侧加装一定容量的综合补偿装置对谐波、无功及三相不平衡进行集中综合治理与补偿。由于补偿装置容量受限,为了提高综合补偿装置的补偿容量利用率,在此提出了一种将电能质量综合评估方法与传统实时检测控制方法相结合的综合补偿控制策略。该策略运用电能质量综合评估方法量化电能质量指标,以反映电能质量情况,使综合补偿装置周期性调整各补偿量的补偿比例,更合理利用补偿容量。最后,通过仿真及实验验证了所提综合补偿控制策略的优越性。
[Abstract]:In view of the increasingly serious power quality problem in the low voltage distribution network, the harmonic, reactive power and three phase unbalance are comprehensively treated and compensated by adding a certain capacity comprehensive compensation device to the low voltage side of the distribution transformer. Because of the limited capacity of the compensator, in order to improve the utilization ratio of the compensation capacity of the integrated compensator, a comprehensive compensation control strategy combining the power quality comprehensive evaluation method with the traditional real-time detection control method is proposed. In order to reflect the situation of power quality, the comprehensive power quality evaluation method is used to quantify the power quality index, so that the compensation ratio of each compensation quantity is adjusted periodically and the compensation capacity is used more reasonably. Finally, the superiority of the proposed comprehensive compensation control strategy is verified by simulation and experiments.
