基于相邻站信息的距离后备段动作时间自适应保护方案

【摘要】:分析了传统距离后备段保护整定方法的难点和不足,并分析了以弱化选择性为方向的整定简化方法,针对简化整定后可能出现的问题,提出了距离后备段动作时间自适应保护方案。利用相邻变电站中的保护信息,构建了逻辑判据,对本地距离Ⅱ段和Ⅲ段的动作时间进行调整。该方案能够配合简化整定后的距离后备段保护,使得上下级保护形成自适应的时间阶梯,离故障点越近的保护动作时间越短,离故障点越远的保护动作时间越长,从而保证了在整定简化中弱化的选择性,并且具有良好的容错能力。通过算例对该方案进行了验证。
