面向智能变电站仿真技术的移动可视化监控系统设计与实现

【摘要】:随着国家电网公司"坚强智能电网"发展规划的提出,智能电网成为电网发展的研究热点。作为智能电网的重要支撑环节,智能变电站承担着电能转换与控制的重要任务,其监控系统的开发与应用,对变电站安全可靠运行具有重要意义。为此,本文以可视化技术为支撑,对监控系统在数字化智能变电站中的应用进行了研究。论文通过对变电站监控系统研究现状的综述,结合智能变电站的运行特点,提出了数字化智能变电站仿真系统整体框架,并对智能变电站移动监控系统进行深入研究。根据智能变电站信息共享和安全可靠运行的需求,设计了一套基于B/S与C/S混合架构的移动可视化监控系统,并对移动监控系统的运行监视、操作与控制、信息综合分析与告警、运行管理功能进行了工程开发。应用面向对象的UML建模技术对系统的用户角色进行了建模分析,利用MMS规范的报告服务和控制服务实现了与间隔层二次设备的数据交互,通过对保存"五防"逻辑规则的配置文件进行解析,实现了操作的防误闭锁,利用可视化技术实现了变电站三维场景的搭建与交互。从而实现了对智能变电站的远程管理与本地监控,增强了变电站监控的灵活性。论文结合智能变电站仿真应用的需求,利用Eclipse开发工具、3dsMax建模软件、Unity引擎、MySQL数据库在Android平台上对移动可视化监控系统进行了开发,实现了系统的运行监控、告警与处理、"五防"闭锁、操作票管理、可视化监控和远程管理功能,研究结果对智能变电站虚拟仿真平台的建设起到了积极意义。
[Abstract]:With the development plan of "strong Smart Grid" of State Grid Company, smart grid has become the research hotspot of grid development. As an important supporting link of smart grid, intelligent substation undertakes the important task of power conversion and control. The development and application of its monitoring system is of great significance to the safe and reliable operation of substation. Therefore, based on visualization technology, this paper studies the application of monitoring system in digital intelligent substation. Based on the summary of the status quo of substation monitoring system and the operation characteristics of intelligent substation, this paper puts forward the whole framework of digital intelligent substation simulation system, and makes a deep research on intelligent substation mobile monitoring system. According to the requirement of information sharing and safe and reliable operation of intelligent substation, a mobile visual monitoring system based on the hybrid architecture of B / S and C / S is designed. The mobile monitoring system is monitored, operated and controlled, and the information is analyzed and alerted synthetically. The function of operation management is developed. The user role of the system is modeled and analyzed by using the object-oriented UML modeling technology, and the data interaction with the secondary equipment in the interval layer is realized by using the report service and control service of the MMS specification. By analyzing the configuration file which saves the logic rules of "five defenses", the operation anti-error locking is realized, and the 3D scene of substation is built and interacted by visual technology. Thus the remote management and local monitoring of intelligent substation are realized, and the flexibility of substation monitoring is enhanced. According to the requirement of intelligent substation simulation application, the mobile visual monitoring system is developed on the platform of Android by using the Eclipse development tool, namely, 3dsMax modeling software named Unity engine. Alarm and processing, "five prevention" locking, operation ticket management, visual monitoring and remote management functions, the research results have played a positive role in the construction of intelligent substation virtual simulation platform.
