分布式光伏发电接入后对配电网电能质量的影响

【摘要】:分布式光伏就是利用较小装机规模的分散资源,将控发屯系统布置在靠近用户的位置,一般接入不超过电压等级为35千伏的电网。去年年底,我国分布式光伏发电装机容量发展迅速,装机容量无论新增或累计均为世界第一。随着光状发电大规模接入配电网,光伏发电对配电网的影响也愈发明显,为了使电网和光伏系统能后安全的运行,研究光伏接入后对配电网的影响显得尤为重要。论文对分布式光伏发电接入后对配电网产生的电能质量向题进行了研究,首先,详细了解了光伏发电的发电结构及原理,对集中式光伏与分布式光伏的优缺点进行了对比;其次,详细分析了分布式广伏发电原理及并网原则;再次,根据分布式光伏发电的不足,相应地提出影响并网质量的各个决定性因素,结合电网公司对分布式光伏屯站并网的技术要求,建立光伏发电接入配电网的电路模型,认真研究了分布式光伏及电接入配电网后}f电网带来的各种有关电能质量的问题。通过在Matlah/Simulink中仿真模校型的搭建,研究分布式光伏发电接入后会对配电网电能质量产生什么影响,并找到影响配电网电能质量的重要因素,确定可以解决分布式光伏接入后对消除其对配电网影响的策略。
[Abstract]:Distributed photovoltaic (DPV) is to use the distributed resources of small installed scale to arrange the control and transmission system in the position near the user, and to access the power network with a voltage level of not more than 35 KV. At the end of last year, the installed capacity of distributed photovoltaic generation in China developed rapidly. With the large-scale access of photovoltaic generation to distribution network, the influence of photovoltaic generation on distribution network is becoming more and more obvious. In order to make the grid and photovoltaic system run safely, it is particularly important to study the impact of photovoltaic access on distribution network. This paper studies the power quality of distribution network after the distributed photovoltaic generation is connected. Firstly, the structure and principle of photovoltaic generation are understood in detail, and the advantages and disadvantages of centralized photovoltaic and distributed photovoltaic are compared. Secondly, the principle of distributed wide volt generation and the principle of grid connection are analyzed in detail. Thirdly, according to the shortage of distributed photovoltaic power generation, the decisive factors affecting the quality of grid connection are put forward accordingly. According to the technical requirements of distributed photovoltaic stations connected to grid, the circuit model of photovoltaic power generation connecting to distribution network is established, and the problems about power quality brought about by distributed photovoltaic and electricity connected to distribution network} f are studied in detail. By setting up the simulation model in Matlah/Simulink, this paper studies the influence of distributed photovoltaic power generation on the power quality of distribution network, and finds out the important factors that affect the power quality of distribution network. The strategy to eliminate the influence of distributed photovoltaic access on distribution network is determined.
