基于PEA测量技术的电缆外半导电层脉冲注入方式的影响因素

【摘要】:基于电声脉冲法(PEA)的同轴电缆空间电荷测量系统中,耦合的脉冲直接影响空间电荷的测量波形。因而简述了基于外半导电层脉冲注入法的同轴电缆空间电荷测量系统,测量了10 kV同轴电缆在不同接地点下的空间电荷波形。通过实验和仿真研究了不同接地点、不同电缆尺寸和不同脉冲注入区长度对脉冲注入波形的影响。实验与仿真结果表明:注入脉冲的波形对测量的空间电荷波形有直接的影响,当脉冲由外半导电层注入电缆时,外半导电层的阻抗特性会影响脉冲的注入效果。同时,同轴电缆的接地点和尺寸影响着脉冲的注入,接地点与脉冲注入点的距离越远,耦合脉冲幅值越高。此外,外绝缘层直径对外半导电层等效电阻值也有影响。
[Abstract]:In the space charge measurement system of coaxial cable based on electroacoustic pulse method (PEA), the coupling pulse directly affects the waveform of space charge measurement. Therefore, the space charge measurement system of coaxial cable based on the pulse injection method of outer semiconductive layer is briefly described. The space charge waveforms of 10 kV coaxial cable at different grounding points are measured. Through experiments and simulations, the effects of different connection locations, different cable sizes and different pulse injection region length on the pulse injection waveform are studied. The experimental and simulation results show that the waveform of the injected pulse has a direct effect on the measured space charge waveform. When the pulse is injected into the cable by the outer semi-conductive layer, the impedance characteristics of the outer semi-conductive layer will affect the injection effect of the pulse. At the same time, the location and size of the coaxial cable affect the pulse injection. The longer the distance between the connection point and the pulse injection point, the higher the coupling pulse amplitude. In addition, the equivalent resistance of the external semi-conductive layer has an effect on the diameter of the outer insulating layer.
