脱硫系统的在线监视与控制的优化设计

【摘要】:本文将对脱硫系统进行以下几个方面的分析:一、脱硫系统的分类与各自的控制技术;二:加装预洗塔技术的优点;三:脱硫补充石灰石浆液的自动化。其中预洗塔的加装与石灰石浆液的自动补充都是近年新增加的项目。这一技术在运行成本和环保方面都有很大的贡献。此技术不仅提高了脱硫效率,而且面对日益严重的环保问题也是功不可没。对设备的保护作用也是显而易见的。希望能通过这篇论文,可以为火电厂在脱硫系统控制方面,提供更合理,更广阔的改进思路。通过优化设备运行,在设备管理和环保管理上,真正能够实现精细化、准确化、效益最大化的目标。
[Abstract]:In this paper, the following aspects of the desulfurization system will be analyzed: first, the classification of the desulfurization system and their respective control technologies; second, the advantages of adding pre-washing tower technology; and third, the automation of desulphurization supplementary limestone slurry. The addition of pre-washing tower and the automatic supplement of limestone slurry are newly added items in recent years. This technology has a great contribution in terms of operating costs and environmental protection. This technology not only improves desulphurization efficiency, but also contributes to the increasingly serious environmental problems. The protective effect on the equipment is also obvious. It is hoped that this paper can provide a more reasonable and broad way of improvement for the control of desulfurization system in thermal power plants. By optimizing the operation of equipment, the goal of refinement, accuracy and maximum benefit can be realized in equipment management and environmental protection management.
