输电线路之山火预警系统设计研究

【摘要】:随着社会的发展,电网己经成为现代社会发展和经济进步的重要保障,其覆盖范围越来越广,不仅覆盖发达地区,也已经延伸至地质和气候复杂多变的偏远山区。因山火导致线路跳闸停电的情况也时有发生,给电网的安全稳定运行带来极大的隐患。本课题的目的就是研究在输电线路遭遇山火灾害时,如何应用山火预警技术,防止山火造成输电线路跳闸事故发生。论文所做的主要工作和成果如下:1.研究了山火预警的手段和方法,确定了山火预警系统的设计要求。首先,对山火引起线路跳闸的机理及原因进行了分析;其次,通过湖北地区山火跳闸的具体案例分析,得出了山火预警系统必须具备山火预警和现场视频显示两大功能,并进一步明确了山火预警系统的设计要求;最后通过对不同山火预警方法的优缺点具体分析,确定了一种采用主动预警方式对山火进行预警的方案。2.提出了山火预警系统的总体设计方案。从山火预警系统设计方案的目标和原则出发,通过研究系统的组成及工作方式。重点分析系统应用的技术难点,最终提出了山火预警系统总体设计方案。实际应用表明该山火预警系统能够克服外界环境影响,实现不间断精确探测并识别山火。3.详细设计了山火预警系统的各个分系统。从山火识别采集出发,分别研究了基于4G通讯远程网络信息传输方法、太阳能供电分系统的供电原理、中心在线视频监视分系统的系统结构和中心软件管理分系统。通过运用火点定位技术来采集火源信息确认山火,运用4G技术来传输数据,太阳能供电技术来全天候供电,DLP大屏幕墙和基于分布式传感集中信息处理的监控系统,完成了各个分系统的设计。最终表明设计方案可以实现全天候不停地预警线路周边火情,为保证线路运行提供了数据依据。
[Abstract]:With the development of society, power grid has become an important guarantee for the development of modern society and economic progress. Its coverage is more and more extensive, not only in developed areas, but also in remote mountainous areas with complicated geology and climate. The blackout of line tripping caused by mountain fire also happens from time to time, which brings great hidden trouble to the safe and stable operation of power grid. The purpose of this paper is to study how to apply the mountain fire warning technology to prevent the transmission line tripping from occurring when the transmission line encounters mountain fire disaster. The main work and achievements are as follows: 1. The means and methods of mountain fire early warning are studied, and the design requirements of mountain fire early warning system are determined. Firstly, the mechanism and causes of line tripping caused by mountain fire are analyzed. Secondly, through the case study of mountain fire tripping in Hubei area, it is concluded that the early warning system of mountain fire must have two functions: mountain fire early warning and scene video display. Finally, by analyzing the merits and demerits of different early warning methods, a scheme for early warning of mountain fire by active early warning is proposed. 2. The overall design scheme of mountain fire early warning system is put forward. From the aim and principle of the design scheme of mountain fire early warning system, the composition and working mode of the system are studied. The technical difficulties in the application of the system are analyzed, and the overall design scheme of the early warning system for mountain fire is put forward. The practical application shows that the system can overcome the influence of external environment and realize continuous accurate detection and recognition of mountain fire. Detailed design of the mountain fire warning system each subsystem. The remote network information transmission method based on 4G communication, the power supply principle of the solar power supply subsystem, the system structure of the central online video surveillance subsystem and the central software management subsystem are studied in this paper. Through the use of fire location technology to collect fire source information to confirm the mountain fire, using 4G technology to transmit data, solar power technology to power all-weather power, DLP large screen wall and based on distributed sensor centralized information processing monitoring system, The design of each subsystem is completed. Finally, it shows that the design scheme can realize the all-weather warning of the fire around the line, which provides the data basis for the operation of the line.
