含分布式电源的企业孤网自动发电控制策略研究

【摘要】:间歇性分布式能源(如风电和光伏)出力容易受到外界环境影响,波动较大,且不具备可控性,当电力系统中分布式能源比例较多时,系统的稳定性会受到冲击。自备电厂企业可以依托现有的煤、电、大负荷产业及当地丰富的风能、太阳能资源,为企业及工业园区供电。因此,建立一个高水平的控制系统,协调分布式电源的各种运行方式,确定联网和孤网后的功率调节策略,维持局域网孤网状态时的频率稳定,已经越来越重要,也具有很强的实际意义。本文在充分调研分布式电源功率调节特点以及孤网自动发电功率控制策略的国内外现状后,针对现有孤网频率控制都是从机组侧进行的改进和防护措施,缺乏从整个系统层面上的频率控制策略的现状,提出含分布式电源的企业孤网自动发电控制策略。首先分析了孤网运行的可行性及技术要求,并详细说明孤网稳定控制系统和电网调控系统功能配置,以及自动发电控制的实现策略;其次分析研究了分布式电源的特点及其并网时对电网带来的影响,并针对某钢厂设计了自动发电控制整体方案,主要包括以下几块:钢厂电网的仿真计算,并据此设置功率电压自动控制系统各功能模块的参数,并设计稳控系统结构;基于轮流调节策略以快速响应负荷变化,协调各机组的调频出力分配,使频率更快回归到额定值的策略,此方法优化了系统综合一次调频能力,提高了电网的一次调频响应速度,并通过轮流调节各机组,尽可能减少设备调节的次数,提高了设备的稳定性。
[Abstract]:Intermittent distributed energy (such as wind power and photovoltaic) is easy to be affected by the external environment, fluctuates greatly, and has no controllability. When the power system has more distributed energy, the stability of the system will be impacted. Self-owned power plant enterprises can rely on existing coal, electricity, heavy load industries and abundant local wind and solar energy resources to supply electricity to enterprises and industrial parks. Therefore, it has become more and more important to establish a high level control system, coordinate all kinds of operation modes of distributed power supply, determine the power regulation strategy after networking and isolated network, and maintain the frequency stability of LAN in the state of isolated network. Also has very strong practical significance. After investigating the characteristics of power regulation of distributed power generation and the current situation of power control strategy at home and abroad, this paper aims at the improvement and protection measures of frequency control of isolated grid from the side of unit. Lacking the present situation of frequency control strategy on the whole system level, a strategy of automatic generation control for enterprise isolated network with distributed power supply is proposed. Firstly, the feasibility and technical requirements of the isolated network operation are analyzed, and the function configuration of the isolated network stability control system and the power network control system, as well as the realization strategy of the automatic generation control system are described in detail. Secondly, this paper analyzes the characteristics of distributed generation and its influence on the power network when connected to the grid, and designs an overall scheme of automatic generation control for a steel plant, which mainly includes the following parts: the simulation calculation of the steel plant power grid, The parameters of each function module of the power and voltage automatic control system are set, and the structure of the stability control system is designed. The strategy of returning frequency to rated value more quickly, this method optimizes the system integrated primary frequency modulation ability, improves the response speed of primary frequency modulation of power network, and reduces the frequency of equipment regulation as much as possible by adjusting each unit in turn. The stability of the equipment is improved.
