郑州航空港经济综合实验区10kV配电网规划研究

【摘要】:随着城市化进程的不断发展,城市配电网的建设也日益成为城市现代化建设的重要基础。通过城市配电网规划,在满足技术要求的前提下,进一步改善配电网供电能力,提高电能质量,降低电网损耗,实现经济发展与负荷增长速度相适应,以满足城市经济社会发展的需要。郑州航空港经济综合实验区(以下简称航空港区)是规划新城区,现有的配电网是在原来的农村电网基础上建立的,尚未形成完整的配电网体系。而目前航空港区已成为国家级规划新区,经济社会发展迅速,必须结合航空港区城市规划发展情况,对航空港区的配电网进行整体规划,提高航空港区配电网的可靠性和适应性,以满足航空港区未来城市快速发展的需要。因此需要对配电网进行合理规划,来解决目前航空港区配电网存在的问题。本文在深入研究航空港区经济社会发展现状,未来城市功能定位和城市发展规划的基础上,参考国内一些经济发达地区或新区负荷指标,对航空港区进行饱和密度负荷预测。结合航空港区未来发展前景及城市规划要求,按照适度超前的原则,明确航空港区10k V配电网规划目标,确定航空港区10k V配电网规划所采取的技术原则,以此指导后续的配电网规划工作。采用网格化分区规划方法,将航空港区进行大、中、小区块划分,结合每个小区块的功能特点进行详细研究,并根据各自区块的发展情况有针对性的提出配电网规划方案,最终形成一个完整的航空港区10k V配电网规划方案,对该区域今后的10kV配电网建设具有一定的指导意义。
[Abstract]:With the development of urbanization, the construction of urban distribution network has become an important foundation of urban modernization. Through the urban distribution network planning, under the premise of meeting the technical requirements, the power supply capacity of the distribution network is further improved, the power quality is improved, the power loss is reduced, and the economic development is adapted to the speed of load growth. In order to meet the needs of urban economic and social development. Zhengzhou Airport Economic Comprehensive Experimental area (hereinafter referred to as the Airport area) is a new urban planning area, the existing distribution network is established on the basis of the original rural power grid, but has not yet formed a complete distribution network system. At present, the airport area has become a new national planning area, with rapid economic and social development. It is necessary to carry out overall planning for the distribution network of the airport area in the light of the urban planning and development of the airport area. To improve the reliability and adaptability of distribution network in airport area to meet the needs of rapid urban development in the future. Therefore, it is necessary to plan the distribution network reasonably to solve the problems existing in the distribution network of the airport area. On the basis of deeply studying the present situation of economic and social development, the function orientation of city and the urban development plan in the future, this paper forecasts the saturated density load of the airport area with reference to the load indexes of some economically developed areas or new areas in China. Combined with the future development prospects and urban planning requirements of the aviation port area, according to the principle of moderate advance, the planning target of 10kV distribution network in the airport area is defined, and the technical principles adopted in the 10kV distribution network planning of the airport area are determined. To guide the subsequent distribution network planning work. By using the method of grid zoning planning, the airport area is divided into large, medium and small blocks. According to the functional characteristics of each block, the distribution network planning scheme is put forward according to the development of each block. Finally, a complete 10kV distribution network planning scheme is formed, which has certain guiding significance for the future construction of 10kV distribution network in this area.
