软磁化BaM的高频电磁波吸收性能

【摘要】:采用固相法制备了BaM和Mn-Co-Zr三元离子掺杂BaM(BaFe_(9.6)Mn_(0.6)Co_(0.6)Zr_(1.2)O_(19))粉体,并考察了烧结温度和掺杂对BaM结构和磁性的影响。利用X射线衍射仪(XRD)和扫描电镜(SEM)对其结构和形貌进行表征,结果表明,掺杂前后粉体均为纯相M型钡铁氧体,掺杂有利于颗粒细化,且尺寸均匀,最佳烧结温度为1 300℃。采用振动样品磁强计(VSM)和矢量网络分析仪(VNA)测定其静态和动态磁性能,VSM结果表明,Mn-Co-Zr掺杂使BaM从典型永磁材料变为软磁材料,矫顽力最低为50.4 Oe。软磁化的BaM仍然比尖晶石铁氧体具有更高的磁各向异性,VNA测试发现,烧结温度1 250℃的掺杂BaM其共振频率高达16 GHz,拟合得到最强电磁波吸收在14.3 GHz达到-57.6 d B。
[Abstract]:BaM (BaFe_ (9.6) Mn_ (0.6) Co_ (0.6) Zr_ (1.2) O _ (19) powders doped with BaM and Mn-Co-Zr ternary ions were prepared by solid phase method. The effects of sintering temperature and doping on the structure and magnetic properties of BaM were investigated. X-ray diffractometer (XRD) and scanning electron microscope (SEM) were used to characterize its structure and morphology. The results showed that the powders were pure M-type barium ferrite before and after doping, and doping was advantageous to fine particle size and uniform size.
