35kV主变压器渗漏油在线检测及预防处理研究

【摘要】:在电网运行中,变电所是重要的组成部分,可以起到保护电网系统的安全、可靠、稳定运行。我国的电网运行已经逐渐步入自动化,电力系统也向着变电所无人值守的趋势发展,而各大电力部门也在不断进行“变电所无人值守”的实践中,能够使用“四遥”(遥测、遥信、遥控、遥调)来对变电所进行监控,但是当面对需要人为处理的事故或灾难,例如偷盗、火灾、刀闸情况、变压器漏油等,利用“四遥”是不能监控到的,因此,“第五遥”的出现(即遥视)及应用显得尤为重要,“五遥”能够捕捉“四遥”无法监控的画面,对于可能会发生的事故起到防患未然的作用。如果能将“五遥”应用在识别变压器出现的异常情况,将大大节省人力资源,提高预处理的效率;在变压器的异常情况中,大多数为变压器渗漏油异常。为了能够更加明确的识别出变压器渗漏油的根本原因,我们需要对变压器的渗漏油进行渗漏机理及预防方法的研究,从不同方面(包括定性和定量)分析不同因素对变压器渗漏的影响,并以此为基础,提出一个针对35kV变压器运行管理的技术方案和组织措施,能够提前对变压器的渗漏油做好预防,通过减少渗漏油的发生概率,并降低运行故障的风险;针对“遥视”监控到的变压器图像异常和相关技术研究,提出一种基于颜色直方图方法的变压器渗漏油异常检测方法。通过分析制造变压器的材料特性、变压器的渗漏油条件、环境影响这三个因素之间的相互作用,掌握、分析变压器渗漏油的根本原因和解决方法。
[Abstract]:Substation is an important part of power grid operation, which can protect the security, reliability and stability of power system. The power grid operation in our country has gradually stepped into automation, and the power system is also developing towards the unattended substation, and the major power departments are constantly carrying out the practice of "unattended substation", and can use "four remote" (telemetry). Remote communication, remote control, remote control) to monitor the substation, but in the face of accidents or disasters that need to be handled manually, such as theft, fire, knife brakes, transformer oil leakage, etc., it is impossible to monitor the use of "four remotes", so, The appearance and application of "the fifth remote" (remote viewing) and its application are particularly important. "five remote" can capture the picture of "four remote" which can not be monitored, and plays a preventive role in case of possible accidents. If "five remote" can be used to identify the abnormal condition of transformer, it will greatly save manpower resources and improve the efficiency of pretreatment. In the abnormal condition of transformer, most of them are abnormal oil leakage of transformer. In order to more clearly identify the fundamental causes of transformer leakage oil, we need to study the leakage mechanism and prevention methods of transformer leakage oil. This paper analyzes the influence of different factors on transformer leakage from different aspects (including qualitative and quantitative aspects) and puts forward a technical scheme and organization measures for the operation and management of 35kV transformer. It can prevent the leakage oil of transformer in advance, reduce the probability of leakage oil and reduce the risk of running fault. A method for detecting transformer leakage anomaly based on color histogram is proposed. By analyzing the material characteristics of the transformer, the oil leakage condition of the transformer and the interaction between the three factors, the fundamental cause and the solution of the leakage oil of the transformer are analyzed.
