烧结余热发电系统研究与控制系统优化

【摘要】:烧结生产会产生的含热能废气,利用这些废气进行蒸汽发电,就是把钢厂烧结机所产生的冶炼烟气余热回收利用,生产中压饱和蒸汽,配套饱和蒸汽轮机组,抽取供热发电。对烧结机烟气的回收利用,一方面减少了对大气环境的污染,另一方面,也节约了生产成本,其所产生的蒸汽可进行对外供热供电,节省了企业的生产成本,节能减排。通过对烧结工艺系统和利用烧结废弃气体热能进行蒸汽发电系统进行深入研究,分析并完善利用烧结废弃气体热能进行蒸汽发电集散控制系统中存在的不符合实际生产任务的缺陷,深入研究分析日常工作中具体的生产状况,发现设备或流程中的缺点,并通过改进优化控制系统等方面,最终提高发电效率。同时利用实际工作流程和设备选用的情况对工艺系统进行系统的研究,优化系统的控制系统,以实现最优的调节控制系统。通过对蒸汽发电双压系统、单压系统、闪蒸系统和补燃系统四种蒸汽发电系统的研究以及热力学和经济性的计算,发现对于企业双压系统的经济价值和热力特性最好,污染物较少,是最合理的设计方案。分析了控制系统中的一些特性,对废气热能发电制定了自动控制程序,努力对自控进行升级,实现最优。通过分析当前技术条件下烧结工艺过程,对用废气热能发电过程中需要解决的困难和难点进行分析,努力改进生产过程,提高生产效率以达到更好的经济价值。
[Abstract]:The waste gas containing heat energy produced by sintering production can be used to generate electricity by steam, that is, to recycle the waste heat of smelting flue gas produced by sintering machine in steel plant, to produce medium pressure saturated steam, to set up saturated steam turbine unit, and to extract heat for power generation. On the one hand, the recovery and utilization of the flue gas from sintering machine can reduce the pollution to the atmosphere, on the other hand, it also saves the production cost. The steam produced by it can be used for external heating and power supply, thus saving the production cost, energy saving and emission reduction of the enterprise. Through the deep research on the sintering process system and the steam power generation system using the waste gas heat energy of sintering, This paper analyzes and perfects the defects existing in the distributed control system of steam power generation by using the waste gas heat energy of sintering, which does not conform to the actual production task, deeply studies and analyzes the concrete production situation in the daily work, and finds out the shortcomings in the equipment or process. And through improving the optimization control system and other aspects, ultimately improve the efficiency of power generation. At the same time, the process system is studied systematically by using the actual work flow and equipment selection, and the control system of the system is optimized in order to realize the optimal regulation control system. Through the study of four steam power generation systems, namely, double pressure system, single pressure system, flash steam system and supplementary combustion system, as well as the calculation of thermodynamics and economy, it is found that the economic value and thermodynamic characteristics of the double pressure system are the best for enterprises. Less pollutants, is the most reasonable design. Some characteristics of the control system are analyzed, and an automatic control program is made for the waste gas thermal power generation, and the automatic control is upgraded to achieve the optimum. By analyzing the sintering process under the current technical conditions, the difficulties and difficulties needed to be solved in the process of generating electricity with waste gas heat are analyzed, and the production process is improved and the production efficiency is improved to achieve better economic value.
