脱硝催化剂失活及再生实验

【摘要】:以某电厂失活和再生催化剂为研究对象,采用全尺寸催化剂性能检测台和比表面积仪、X射线荧光光谱仪、X射线衍射光谱仪、扫描电镜等仪器对催化剂进行了性能检测和表征分析。结果表明:2层催化剂经过24 000 h脱硝运行后,不能满足脱硝效率≥83.0%且氨逃逸量≤3?L/L的设计要求,催化剂相对活性为0.70;经再生处理后,催化剂孔道得到了疏通,各项指标恢复到新催化剂的水平,2层催化剂满足设计脱硝效率和氨逃逸量要求的同时,有效控制了SO2/SO3转化率;再生后催化剂相对活性提高到0.99,脱硝性能得到明显改善。
