配电设备的关键状态监测与评价技术研究

【摘要】:配电设备检修目前普遍应用的是计划检修模式,但周期性计划检修会造成检修不足从而造成设备的故障损坏,影响电网可靠稳定的运行,还会造成检修过剩,产生不必要的停电,造成人力物力的资源浪费,降低劳动生产率。状态检修以设备当前的实际运行状况为依据,通过状态监测手段并利用计算机网络及通信技术,对设备的历史状况、当前状况以及同类设备的运行状况进行比较分析,判断设备的异常,识别设备故障的早期征兆,对故障部位严重程度及发展趋势做出判断,从而确定其在故障发生前最佳检修时机。本文调研分析国内外相关研究现状,从种类繁多的配电设备中,梳理需要进行状态评价的重要配电设备;分析这些配电设备所涉及的相关状态量,筛选出对其健康状态有较大直接影响的关键状态量,研究设备关键状态量的综合监测方法,研发集多状态量的综合传感监测装置套件,研究监测装置套件在不同配电设备上的部署方式。根据无源声表面波技术的应用现状,研究其在配电设备在线监测中的传感和测量技术,以及基于声表面波无源无线温度采集方案,同时研发配电设备在线监测装置。分析适用于配电设备关键状态量监测的通信技术,面向设备关键状态监测构建通信网络架构。针对开关柜、电缆等重要配电设备,研究其运行环境信息与设备运检信息等非设备状态信息,挖掘其与设备健康状态的影响关系,建立集设备状态、运检状态、环境状态为一体的全方位评价指标体系;结合大量历史数据以及故障分析结果,分析设备关键状态量与其健康状态水平之间的映射关系,提出重要配电设备的状态评价标准,构建配电设备状态综合评价体系。并用于指导配电设备状态监测、评价与检修。通过本文的研究与应用,对促进配电设备的状态监测、评价与检修工作,对提高设备健康水平、保证电网安全、可靠运行具有重要意义。
[Abstract]:At present, the mode of planned maintenance is widely used in the maintenance of distribution equipment, but periodic scheduled maintenance will lead to insufficient maintenance, which will result in the failure and damage of the equipment, affect the reliable and stable operation of the power network, and also cause the oversupply of maintenance. Generating unnecessary power outages, resulting in a waste of human and material resources, reducing labor productivity. Based on the actual operating condition of the equipment, the paper compares and analyzes the historical condition, the current condition and the operation condition of the same kind of equipment by means of condition monitoring and using computer network and communication technology. Judging the anomaly of equipment, identifying the early signs of equipment failure, judging the severity and development trend of the fault location, and determining the best repair time before the fault occurs. This paper investigates and analyzes the current situation of relevant research at home and abroad, combing the important distribution equipment that needs to be evaluated from a wide variety of distribution equipment. This paper analyzes the relevant state quantities involved in these distribution equipments, screens out the critical state quantities which have a greater direct impact on their health, studies the comprehensive monitoring methods of the critical state quantities of the equipment, and develops a set of integrated sensor monitoring devices with multi-state quantities. To study the deployment of monitoring device suite on different distribution equipment. According to the application status of passive saw technology, the sensor and measurement technology in on-line monitoring of distribution equipment, and the passive wireless temperature acquisition scheme based on saw are studied. At the same time, the on-line monitoring device of distribution equipment is developed. This paper analyzes the communication technology suitable for monitoring the critical state of distribution equipment, and constructs the communication network architecture for the monitoring of the critical state of the distribution equipment. In view of the important distribution equipment such as switchgear and cable, this paper studies the non-equipment state information such as the operation environment information and the equipment operation and inspection information, excavates the influence relation between the operation environment information and the equipment health state, establishes the collection equipment state, the operation inspection state, etc. The comprehensive evaluation index system of environmental state; Based on a large number of historical data and fault analysis results, this paper analyzes the mapping relationship between the critical state quantity of equipment and its health state level, puts forward the state evaluation criteria of important distribution equipment, and constructs a comprehensive evaluation system of distribution equipment state. And used to guide the distribution equipment condition monitoring, evaluation and maintenance. Through the research and application of this paper, it is of great significance to promote the condition monitoring, evaluation and maintenance of distribution equipment, to improve the health level of equipment, to ensure the safety and reliable operation of power grid.
