The Effects of Electrical Contacts Degradation on High Frequ

  射频同轴连接器是射频微波系统中必不可少的元件,它们是器件与器件、电路与电路、器件与电路之间信息交换的桥梁。连接器电接触表面退化会影响其信号完整性。本文选取SMA射频连接器作为研究对象,深入而全面地探讨了电接触表面退化对信号传输的影响。基于腐蚀加速实验,得到不同退化程度的同轴连接器样本,通过分析连接器插针的退化表面形貌,建立接触面的等效阻抗模型。根据连接器的结构尺寸和材料参数,在电磁场数值仿真软件CST中建立带有退化接触表面的连接器3D电磁场模型,分析其S参数以及电流分布。基于传输线理论,建立同轴连接器分布参数等效电路,并在模型中加入退化接触面等效阻抗模型,建立带有退化接触表面的连接器电路模型,通过ADS仿真电路模型,分析S参数。最后,通过矢量网络分析仪测试退化连接器的S参数,对所建立的电磁场模型、电路模型进行验证,实验表明:实验数据与电磁场模型、电路模型得到的数据具有较好的一致性。本文的研究结果对深入理解电接触退化对信号完整性的影响和故障诊断有着重要意义。
