【摘要】:电爆铝丝制备纳米铝粉是目前工业界生产纳米粉体的主要方式之一,其生产的过程中会伴随有等离子体的产生,而等离子体的产生是影响铝粉生产效率和质量的重要因素之一。对等离子体的检测是完善制备工艺的所必需的条件。本文主要的目的是对等离子体的密度分布检测提出一个系统的解决方案。本文章中通过对目前多种等离子体检测方法的研究,提出采用马赫-曾德激光干涉仪对电爆炸情况进行检测。通过对激光在等离子体中的传播理论分析,结合工业生产的实际,提出激光透过率检测方法计算等离子体浓度的分布。在爆炸区由于等离子体的存在,会造成激光透过能量的不均匀,根据爆炸区激光强度的分布结合等离子体对激光的衰减,便可以对其浓度分布进行计算,爆炸区信息通过对干涉图像的处理提取可以得到。本文在干涉图像处理方面,先是提出用提取真彩图RGB通道法和统一阈值法对图像做初步滤波去噪,使用自行设计的移动阈值法对灰度图做二值化处理,再结合Yantagai算法提出采用极值细化法对二值图进行细化处理,得到了较好的效果。然后是对爆炸区的定位,采用对条纹中心线末端点进行点云无限逼近直线拟合的方法定位出爆炸区边界,之后根据激光在等离子体中的透过率计算等离子体浓度分布。在完成对图像处理算法和等离子体浓度计算的算法设计之后,利用MATLAB设计出图像处理软件,其处理结果达到了等离子体密度测试精度为10~(19)/cm~3≤2%×FS(FS=3×10~(21)/cm~3)的要求。
[Abstract]:Preparation of nanocrystalline aluminum powder by electric detonation of aluminum wire is one of the main ways to produce nano-powder in industry at present, and plasma will be produced in the process of production. The generation of plasma is one of the important factors that affect the production efficiency and quality of aluminum powder. The detection of plasma is necessary to improve the preparation process. The main purpose of this paper is to check the density distribution of plasma. A systematic solution is proposed. In this paper, a variety of plasma detection methods are studied. In this paper, a Mach Zende laser interferometer is proposed to detect the electric explosion. By analyzing the propagation theory of laser in plasma, combining with the practice of industrial production. The laser transmittance measurement method is proposed to calculate the plasma concentration distribution. The existence of the plasma in the explosion region will cause the laser transmission energy to be uneven. According to the laser intensity distribution in the explosion zone and the attenuation of the laser by plasma, the concentration distribution of the laser can be calculated. The information of the explosion area can be obtained by processing the interference image. In the aspect of the interference image processing, firstly, we propose the method of extracting true color image RGB channel and the unified threshold method to do the preliminary filtering and denoising of the image. The self-designed moving threshold method is used to binary the gray image, and combined with the Yantagai algorithm, the extreme value thinning method is proposed to refine the binary image. A good result is obtained, and then the explosion zone is located, and the boundary of the explosion zone is located by the point cloud infinite approximation straight line fitting method to the terminal point of the fringe centerline. Then the plasma concentration distribution is calculated according to the laser transmittance in the plasma. After the image processing algorithm and the plasma concentration calculation algorithm are designed. The image processing software is designed by using MATLAB.
