【摘要】:作为一种新型的全固态微光成像器件,EMCCD具有体积小、寿命长、光电转换效率高等优点。它的出现大大提高了微光成像器件的性能,甚至可以进行单光子的检测,在光子技术成像领域具有广阔的发展空间。但是,与普通CCD相比,EMCCD所采集的微光图像对比度较低、动态范围较小,并且伴随各种噪声的干扰,使EMCCD成像系统所采集的图像信噪比下降,图像的分辨率也受到较大影响。然而,EMCCD相机生产厂商提供的产品手册是针对电视广播的工业标准,缺乏科学成像应用所需要的指标。同时,设计和制造EMCCD也需要经常性地测试EMCCD'性能参数。因此,精确测试EMCCD性能参数具有十分重要的意义。本文在研究EMCCD的工作原理的基础上,对EMCCD各成像性能参数进行了详细的讨论。依据EMCCD工作原理及其性能参数特点,模拟了EMCCD工作环境,设计并搭建了EMCCD成像性能参数测试系统,实现了各个成像性能参数及噪声的分离测试,包括读出噪声、暗电流、噪声因子、时钟感生电荷噪声、非均匀性、满阱和动态范围。测试结果表明,本文测参数测试值与相机生产商提供的技术手册基本一致。为了保证测试结果的完整性,本文依据测量不确定度理论,对测试结果进行了不确定度分析。不确定度分析结果在2%左右,表明EMCCD相机工作状态良好,本文设计的测试方案切实可行,搭建的测试系统基本符合设计要求。
[Abstract]:As a new all-solid-state low-light imaging device, EMCCD has the advantages of small size, long life, high photoelectric conversion efficiency and so on. It can even be detected by single photon, which has a wide development space in the field of photonic imaging. However, compared with ordinary CCD, the contrast of low light level image collected by CCD is lower and the dynamic range is smaller. And with the interference of various noises, the SNR of the image collected by the EMCCD imaging system is reduced, and the resolution of the image is also greatly affected. The product manual provided by the EMCCD camera manufacturer is an industrial standard for television broadcasting and lacks the indicators needed for scientific imaging applications. Designing and manufacturing EMCCD also requires regular testing of the EMC EMCCD performance parameters. It is very important to accurately test the performance parameters of EMCCD. This paper studies the working principle of EMCCD. The imaging performance parameters of EMCCD are discussed in detail. According to the working principle of EMCCD and the characteristics of its performance parameters, the working environment of EMCCD is simulated. The EMCCD imaging performance parameter testing system is designed and built, and the separation test of each imaging performance parameter and noise is realized, including readout noise, dark current, noise factor, clock induced charge noise. Non-uniformity, full well and dynamic range. The test results show that the measured parameters are in good agreement with the technical manual provided by camera manufacturer in order to ensure the integrity of the test results. Based on the uncertainty theory of measurement, the uncertainty analysis of the test results is carried out. The uncertainty analysis results are about 2%, which indicates that the EMCCD camera is in good working condition. The test scheme designed in this paper is feasible, and the test system is basically in line with the design requirements.
