【摘要】:光纤激光器因其结构上简单紧凑、集成度高、稳定性好、散热效果好、输出激光光束质量好、光束可调谐等有点,自出现以来就成为激光领域的研究热点。随着工业制造水平的提高,人们对光纤激光器的输出功率需求也越来越高。本文从理论仿真和端面切割实验两个方面对高功率光纤激光器的进行了一定的研究与探索。 介绍了光纤激光器的优势特点,并从光纤基本理论和光纤激光器基本理论两方面对光纤激光器的高功率特性进行简单的描述。 介绍了Yb3+离子的能级结构及光谱特性,以速率方程为切入点,对掺镱双包层光纤激光器的基本理论进行研究,利用Matlab软件对实验室所用的掺镱光纤进行仿真模拟,对比了三种泵浦方式下激光器的输出功率特点。 为了获得更高的泵浦效率,对光纤端面处理理论进行研究,介绍了光纤端面处理方法,并对光纤端面中的脆性断裂理论进行探讨,简单介绍了光纤端面的形貌特点。 详细介绍了实验室所用LCC Ⅱ-A型号切割刀的特点和使用方法并进行光纤切割实验,分别切割实芯光纤和光子晶体光纤,通过观察光纤端面质量总结出光纤端面切割的最佳方法。总结出切割不同包层直径光纤时的最佳拉力设定值。
[Abstract]:Because of its simple and compact structure, high integration, good stability, good heat dissipation, good output laser beam quality, beam tunable and so on. Since its emergence, it has become a hot spot in laser field. With the improvement of industrial manufacturing level. The demand for output power of fiber laser is more and more high. In this paper, the high power fiber laser is studied and explored from two aspects: theoretical simulation and end cutting experiment. The advantages and characteristics of fiber laser are introduced, and the high power characteristic of fiber laser is simply described from two aspects: the basic theory of fiber and the basic theory of fiber laser. The energy level structure and spectral characteristics of Yb3 ion are introduced. The basic theory of ytterbium-doped double-clad fiber laser is studied based on the rate equation. The ytterbium-doped fiber used in the laboratory is simulated by Matlab software, and the output power characteristics of the laser under three pumping modes are compared. In order to obtain higher pump efficiency, the theory of fiber end surface treatment is studied, the treatment method of fiber end surface is introduced, and the brittle fracture theory in fiber end face is discussed.
